I bought a pair of the Feelgrounds Chelsea boots (Sienna) back in december 2025.. in the span of roughly 4 months - the boots begun falling apart and are showing strong signs of wear. In my opinion, these are signs of poor quality materials. A boot should not break down this quickly, and such a degradation in 4 months is really unacceptable.

I wore the boots throughout the winter months, and in a short time defects began appearing - e.g. separation between the upper & the sole, cracking in the leather upper, cracking around the stitching, and peeling of the leather near to the sole. I have sent several emails to Feelgrounds, along with photos and the order confirmation, but I have not yet heard anything back.

I am quite disappointed in the poor quality of the boots, especially because otherwise, they are confortable and look nice.

Can someone from Feelgrounds please tell me how I can get an exchange/refund for my boots? I would like to get an exchange for the boots quickly, if not I will start looking at other brands.

Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal den Schuh Petrol Winter bestellt. Die ersten hielten zwar lange (ca. 2 Jahre), wurden dann aber undicht, obwohl sie als wasserdicht beworben wurden. Nach zwei Jahren habe ich das gleiche Modell erneut in einer anderen Farbe gekauft. Leider wurden diese auch schon nach 2 Monaten undicht. Ich habe vor etwa 6 Wochen den Kundendienst kontaktiert, aber bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Auch nach einer 2. Nachricht nach drei Wochen kam keine Rückmeldung. Dies empfinde ich als nicht kundenfreundlich, insbesondere bei so einem hohen Preisniveau. Viele der positiven Bewertungen auf Trustpilot, die den tollen Kundenservice loben, kann ich daher nicht nachvollziehen.

I always consult with the staff before buying, and they respond quickly and helpfully. One pair later from 2022… I now have four. The shoes are reasonably priced, so I don’t mind the higher shipping fees (not their fault I live in Japan). I just close one eye at checkout. 🫣

If you have wide feet, want healthier and stronger feet, or just love your feet that you think they deserve a more room, get yourself a pair… and good luck stopping at one.

Toller Kundensupport, tolle Schuhe.
Ich habe bereits ein Paar zu Hause, wovon 1 Schuh kaputt gegangen ist. Daraufhin habe ich den Support kontaktiert, welcher super schnell reagiert hat und wir alles lösen konnten. Das nächste Paar liegt auch schon im Warenkorb. Die Schuhe sehen sehr stylisch aus und haben ein breites Fußbett, was es schafft, dass ich keine Schmerzen mehr beim längeren Laufen habe.

Sehr netter Kundenservice, antwortet schnell und umfangreich mit hilfreichen Tipps.
War meine erste Bestellung. Schuhe passen wie angegossen.

Depois de preencher formulário on-line com reclamação, em menos de 1h tinha resposta da empresa, estando a Sabine a confirmar que com as fotos que enviei estava identificado o problema e eu iria receber na minha morada um novo par sem necessidade de devolução do anterior.

Comprei umas botas desta marca por recomendação.

A minha encomenda chegou a 6.nov.25 e paguei 173€ por ela.

Achei que eram confortáveis mas passado algum tempo de uso, nos dias de chuva, sentia os meus pés húmidos.
Deixei de andar com elas sempre que chovia porque pensei honestamente que fosse transpiração por as botas não serem de tanta qualidade como eu pensava.

Hoje quando as vou limpar para as usar, apercebo-me que estão a descolar e a "pele vegana" está a rasgar em redor da bota, por isso entrava água.

I am updating my previous feedback to highlight the outstanding professional response I received from Feelgrounds. After experiencing significant delivery issues with CTT Express, Feelgrounds stepped in and resolved the situation in less than 12 hours.

From the very first interaction, their team demonstrated impeccable professionalism. They immediately launched an internal investigation to track the package and, showing a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, offered to ship a replacement pair via a different courier at no additional cost. Although the replacement wasn't ultimately necessary as the original issue was solved, the proactive gesture speaks volumes about their integrity.

The best barefoot in terms of style and the feelings. I tried different brand for many years, but feelgrounds is my top choice.

Also today I made a mistake in choosing the delivery method and asked them to change it and was ready to pay for it. The customer service changed the delivery to required one and didnt ask for extra fee.

I don't typically write reviews, but this is such a good product that I made an exception.

I was first drawn to Feelgrounds after seeing them recommended by Squat University for their commitment to foot health. After comparing them to similar products, Feelgrounds stood out for offering a wide toe box without sacrificing aesthetics. At first, I was skeptical about how the wider design looked on my feet, but I was very used to narrow shoes. After wearing the Highrise Knit and Patrol Winter for a few days, the comfort completely won me over. It felt like my feet could finally breathe.

The quality of the shoes has exceeded my expectations. They’re durable, flexible, easy to clean, very functional, and versatile. I’ve enjoyed them so much that I’ve been gradually updating my shoe collection to Feelgrounds to cover every occasion. Thus far I've tried the Highrise Knit, Patrol Winter, Move, Original Knit, and Original Luxe, and I’m eagerly waiting for the Courtside Classic.

The only small drawback is that the workout shoes (Move) aren’t ideal for long-distance running or sprinting. If you’re looking for a wide toe box and zero-drop running shoe, these might not be the best fit. For everything else in the gym, the Move are fantastic, I recommend them 100%.

One additional note is about sizing. While the Feelgrounds chart is generally reliable, I found that over time my feet seemed to adapt to the wider toe box, and going up one size worked better for me. On my third purchase, two pairs felt tight around the pinky toe, even though the chart showed I was in the correct size and my previous orders had fit well. My advice is to use both sizing tools that Feelgrounds provides and, if possible, measure the width of your feet to ensure the best fit. I learned that the shoe should fit and feel comfortable from day one.

When I ran into this sizing issue, I contacted customer service and they really went above and beyond and made me an even bigger fan of the brand.

With that said, customer service deserves special mention, specifically Carolin. Although I couldn’t fully exchange one pair since I had worn them outside, working with Carolin completely eased my frustration and concern about a financial loss. She was patient, considerate, and understanding, doing everything within her control to find a fair solution. Despite the time zone difference (I’m in the U.S.), she communicated clearly and in good time, and made what could have been a stressful experience very reassuring. Going further, she really took the time and energy to work with me in resolving an issue by explaining the potential factor that resulted in needed a different shoe size than previous orders, offering resolutions for the worn shoes, and easing my mind about returning the unworn shoes.

Overall, my advice is to try your Feelgrounds just make sure to measure the length and width of your feet, don’t hesitate to reach out to their customer service team for support, test them inside only, and expect for them to fit like a glove from the get-go. I'll be returning for the Droptop Luxe.

Awful customer service, awful delivery partner.

Such a shame for a company with good products. No delivery notice, no electronic communication, after failed delivery attempt returned to sender. Despite reaching out to CS team and advising of the situation they received package back and then cancelled but charged me for delivery because I didn't respond to an email within 36 hours stating I wanted the package, even though I already told them I wanted it and had paid for it. Loyal customer for over 5 years, bought 6+ pairs of shoes from them. What a disgrace.

An sich echt schöne Schuhe. Die Qualität ist aber einfach nicht auf dem Niveau, das den recht hohen Preis rechtfertigen würde. Barfußschuhe sollten so heißen, da die Sole dünn ist, die Form anatomisch und kein Absatz vorhanden ist, also natürliche Fußform und -haltung. Dass die Schuhe (Docks und Coutside Classic) aber so krass knarzen/quietschen, wenn man die Schuhe mit Socken trägt, ist einfach nicht in Ordnung. Sobald die Socken durch Schweiß leicht feucht werden, beginnt das Laufkonzert für alle in der Umgebung sehr gut hörbar. Das liegt bei den Docks an der schlechten Verarbeitung im Fersenbereich mit dem MIRUM® und bei den Courtside vermutlich aus einem Reiben des Lyocells an dem Kunstleder. So bequem und optisch ansprechend die Schuhe auch sind, das geht halt leider gar nicht.

Ich hatte mir zunächst das Modell "Seaside Twill" bestellt. Leider musste ich diesel Modell, aufgrund der Breite meiner Füße und des Materials der Schuhe, zurücksenden, da diese ein wenig zu eng saßen.
Mir wurde sodann das Modell "Luxe" empfohlen, da hier der Riemen, aufgrund des Kunstleders, lockerer sitzen soll. Die Schuhe habe ich sodann bestellt.

Sie sitzen tatsächlich etwas locker und lassen sich angenehm tragen. Für Leute mit breiten Füßen, sind solche Sandalen optimal.

Was mich jedoch stört ist die Tatsache, dass ich die Schuhe bisher ca. 5 x getragen habe und diese bereits jetzt schon riechen. Meine Füße schwitzen nicht übermäßig oder vermehrt. Ich denke, das liegt am Material und ist eben etwas unangenehm.
Beim Modell zuvor war die Sohle aus Kork und etwas besser gelöst.

Vor ca. 1 Jahr 10.02.24 habe ich die Highrise Luxe Variante(wahrscheinlich ältere Version) bestellt und regelmäßig getragen, zumindest über die kälteren Zeiten. Am Anfang war ich auch begeistert, aussehen und Gefühl sind gut, dass aber für 140€ sich nach einem Jahr das Leder löst und die nähte an den Sohlen auch, finde ich einfach zu teuer. Wenn die nur ein Jahr halten, tun es auch billige.

Top Schuhe! Besitze mehrere Paare, neben Groundies. Bin sehr zufrieden, super bequem! Versand auch gut.

I was super excited when I first found about FeelGrounds, they were the shoes I were dreaming of. Vegan barefoot shoes, what could go wrong? I ordered first the sneakers, didn't last more than a six months. I gave them review and recieved another pair. They lasted a bit longer, but not more than a year. I also bought the winter boots, which actually broke today, didn't last a year.
So in a nutshell:

I own two pairs of Feelgrounds shoes and was initially very happy with the comfort and style. However, after just three months of occasional wear of my 2nd pair of Patrol Winter - Sand, the sole started to separate on my right shoe, which was surprising and disappointing.

That said, Feelgrounds' customer service was outstanding in terms of speed and quality of response. I contacted them and they responded immediately, offering a replacement without any hassle. I especially appreciate how quickly they resolved the issue.

Super Schuhe. Ich habe die Patrol Winter. In der alten Version. Die einzigen auf dem Markt, deren Sohle 10 mm hat und damit genug Dämpfung auf Asphalt in Städten bietet. Zudem waren es dadurch die einzigen, die warm genug sind im Winter. Alle anderen Marken habe ich probiert. Da sind die Sohlen der angeblichen Winterschuhe nicht dick genug. ABER: Fellgrunds hat nun eine neue Version der Patrol Winter. Diese haben eine dünnere Sohle. Also alle Vorteile sind weg. Die neue Version ist nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
