Fight Co Avis 

I ordered a pair of boxing gloves and a mouth guard and it has not shown up .
It has nearly been 2 weeks, I have emailed fight co about this issue and I’ve had no response .
DISGUSTED WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Do not recommend!

Ordered a pair of boots early to mid November. Never received them. When I contacted fight co I got an email back showing me a photo of a plant with a tiny piece of plastic behind it . Don’t know who’s plant it was certainly not mine . Still haven’t received the boots or a refund or even an update . Certainly be careful when ordering from this company I certainly wouldn’t recommend it . If they can rip you off for 48 quid imagine if it was a lot more. Just read the reply back from these cowboys . PayPal have confirmed nothing if it’s that clear it’s my house upload the photograph on here and let people see . It’s quite clearly not my house why would I bother with all this nonsense over 48 pound ? I just want people to know that you haven’t sent anything to my address and have kept my money . These people are just full of excuses !! Pay pal are confirming nothing ! These people are liars ! Yes you might have GPS yes you left it behind a plant pot . Yes you DID NOT deliver it to me did you ? Your openly admitting you’ve left it behind some plant pot . That’s no good to me is it you haven’t delivered I haven’t received and your doing nothing about it only trying to justify your pathetic service and my review

Avoid awful! I ordered originally from Fruugo who I was ignored by for two weeks once I finally heard from them I was advised fight co had not even sent out my parcel! ( I paid for express delivery) This was then sent out shortly after but I received incorrect advertised gloves. I was told I could send them back which I have and have forwarded receipts as proof. One week later I am still being ignored without a refund or new boxing gloves sent out! Awful service and £100 has been stolen from me!

I still haven’t received my order two weeks after ordering.
I have emailed and left voicemail messages a number of times but had no response from Fight Co.
Disgustingly poor customer service and laughable that I’ve had an email asking me to leave a review 😠

I asked for a refund and got it within 5 minutes of emailing them they are great!

Ordered shoes 8 days ago. Pay for next day delivery. Boots never arrived lack of response from a seller. Absolute not fair play.

Update: after my review I realised I got answer from fight .co.uk. but it was in junk mail somehow. After quick communication today , Matthew agree with me that's something is wrong with a delivery and chased it for me from the seller side and was succeeded. I cannot give 5 ⭐ because the delivery company is terrible and they lie. But 4 ⭐ are at the point.

Ordered boxing boots & paid for priority postage - boots did not arrive, contacted company who replied that could I check as they should have been delivered, again confirmed nothing delivered. Emailed again to be told they were chasing up courier but had sent out another set of boots - asked if I would have refund of postage, funnily enough company have never replied .. If you order from them just don’t pay for priority postage

Find somewhere else to be honest. Ordered before the cutoff, got despatched the next day instead. Paid for express shipping which they said was tracked via Royal Mail or dpd, instead got a ‘tracking number’ that doesn’t exist on any site. Also on day 4 of 1-3 business day ‘express’ delivery. No response from them as of now.

I order a pair of 16oz Fairtex Gloves , unfortunately they were not delivered in the expected time frame which made me look at reviews for fightco. intially this had me worried as it seemed a few people have had similiar issues with not receiving the goods. but upon calling Fightco they were more than helpful in locating the parcel (got lost/delayed in leeds) and kept me up to date Via email. the royal mail then managed to deliver the gloves to the wrong house. the gloves themselves are brilliant and i cannot fault fightco's customer services around the issues. will be more than happy to order more from them but maybe using a different delivery service as the royal mail nearly lost them twice!!

Purchased gloves which didn't arrive, i understand there are several postal strikes which are the reason for the delays, contacted fight Co. who immediately replied and sent replacements out same day. Gloves came. Customer service and communication great thanks for the perseverance in ensuring the items arrived. Much appreciated.

Bought 2 mouthguards and paid express delivery 4.95 for 1/2 days that was 4 days ago still not arrived and not even returned my email..

Had an issue with part of order being missing, could not contact them via their email or phone number. luckily had bought via PayPal.

soon as they got involved miraculously fightco quickly got in touch offering refund.

Will never use this company again.

I wish that I had checked TrustPilot/Google reviews before placing my order. It would’ve saved me time because Fight Co have the absolute worst online customer service I’ve come across.

I ordered hand wraps and never received them. Tried all listed contact methods and wasn’t able to get a response via email, call or online messaging - not received any form of communication at all to indicate the status of the order. I did receive an email notifying that my order had been refunded but no explanation as to why. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed the original order.

Unfortunately, you’ll just end up losing your money by buying from them. Based on my experience and from what I've read of other customer reviews, I’d highly recommend finding another store to purchase your combat equipment from!

This company failed to deliver my order. Numerous phone calls not answered. Now trying to get my money back. Avoid!!!

Paid for next delivery for my sons leaving present as going in army an nothing, tried calling, emailing an messages on social media nothing

Ordered an item and paid on PayPal, silly me didn't read any reviews on this rubbish robbing outfit! Have waited over 2 weeks, have had emails telling me it's on the way, but nothing. Have emailed, phoned, guess what, nothing! Don't know how people can get away with basically robbing you, furthermore, why are companies like this allowed to use a PayPal logo and fascility to rob people. Can't explain how totally disgusted I am with this company of basically fraudsters!

Fight co bunch of thieves .

Bought and paid for item that cost over £20 but instead were sent a £10 item that’s completely useless so ask for the correct item to be sent and was told to send back the item , told the vendor that I’m confined to my home due to medical disability but got ignored , so contact PayPal but PayPal were useless and the vendor kept my £23 quid and did not refund .
Please avoid like a virus these charlatans would steal from the most vulnerable that’s my opinions .

Very fast and easy to work with would use again !!!

the customer service was phenomenal when my gloves and shin guards didn't arrive when expected i phoned fight co and they sent out a replacement parcel on next day delivery. excellent products at excellent prices.
