On time and very professional
On time and very professional. Treated my home with care and very respectful. Both of the delivery men were very friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. Fantastic job building the sofa and very clean and tidy.

Billy and colleague were friendly and professional, sofa unpacked and delivered to our chosen room. Rugs were used to keep everything clean. Lovely stress free delivery.

Great Delivery
Malcolm and his partner were great. They covered the floors and front door before they started, then were really careful when they brought our sofas in, which they unwrapped and the took all the wrapping away with them. They were friendly and professional, even though it was only 8am and they’d just driven an hour and a half to get to us. Couldn’t fault them at all.

Excellent, had a courtesy call the day before and the drivers turned up on time and were very polite, friendly and professional, they delivered the furniture to a room of my choice (upstairs) and covered the front door, floor and had shoe covers. Always brilliant and would highly recommend Fishpools as this has been my experience with all of my deliveries from this shop.
