The furniture was 6 weeks late
The furniture was 6 weeks late, and I was not informed of the delay until I contacted Fishpools, the delivery men were efficient, however when they left I discovered that they had broken one of my garden pots, disappointed that they did not let me know!
Hence the low score

The delivery guys kept us upto date with times, took alot of care with the furniture and looked after our carpets with protection cover could not have asked for nicer people

Very impressed
The delivery arrived as arranged. The men were efficient, polite and curtious. They showed us the electrics working on the suite. They respected our property whilst here and we were very impressed.

Great service
Great service, from sales to the delivery crew, so from purchase through to be seated on the sofa. Just the right amount of communication, the sales guy David did a great job, not to pushy, answered all queries in a timely manner, resolved one invoicing error with minimum of fuss. When the sofa was delivered the level of protection and care was outstanding, so give the delivery guys a pat on the back too. Would recommend

The delivery guys took great care not…
The delivery guys took great care not to damage my walls and floors and doors and were pleasant and helpful.unfortunately the care package for the leather chairs had not been loaded but I was assured that will arrive next week🤞🏼

Glass table and matching chairs
I purchased a very expensive glass table and six chairs. After just 3 years four faux leather chairs have worn very badly on front and side and are now an embarrassment. Fishpools said they were out of warranty and are no longer manufactured so replacement to match the table was not possible.
The company representatives were unhelpful which reflected badly on the company or is it standard policy.
The chairs were used by adults only and not by children.
This company should not be relied on to give a fair after service.

We're sorry to read that you're disappointed with your dining chairs and with the outcome of your enquiry.
Having reviewed your order, your six dining chairs were delivered in September 2021. When you contacted us, the chairs were over 4 years old and therefore outside the manufacturer's warranty. After assessing the information provided, we were unable to uphold your claim as the condition reported was consistent with the age and use of the chairs rather than a manufacturing fault.
This chair range has also been discontinued, meaning we are unable to supply matching replacements.
While we appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for, our decision was made in line with our warranty policy and the assessment of your claim. We reject the suggestion that we do not provide fair after-sales service, as every claim is reviewed individually and fairly based on the available evidence and the applicable warranty terms.
