Like all the products I've tried, from shower gels to shampoo and moisturisers. Prefer the hydrate and magnesium ones over the CBD, but very satisfied with all purchases and have repeat ordered a few times now, and will do so again. I like the packaging and pouch option also. If you're not sure, as it's not the cheapest I would say try it, particularly the shampoo, it smells great

We bought our Precor crosstrainer a couple of years ago and had been having issues with the touch screen, for a few weeks. One phone call, and an email later, and Liam was dispatched to try and solve the issue. What a superstar! We didn't really think that the issue was fixable, but Liam sorted it right out! A few recalibrations of the screen and a little tlc service, and our machine was back up
and running.
Absolutely thrilled with the service that this company provides, from our initial purchase to the callout today. Brilliant!

I purchased two spinning bikes that turned out to be extremely rusty. Looking back, it makes sense why they refused to show me a video of the bikes before I made the payment. I was also told there would be some maintenance done, but after waiting more than 10 days, it’s clear that never happened, judging by the condition of the bikes. I’m heading to England this winter—can’t wait to see the scamming faces behind this mess in person.

I bought a stationary bike from FitKit back when the first COVID lockdowns hit and have been a client since. Last month I got the bike serviced and the engineer identified an issue with the drive belt. I followed up with FitKit, and today the same engineer returned to fit the new part. He even took the time to do extra adjustments to make the ride extra smooth. I'm super happy with the service. The team is polite, professional and responsive, special thanks to Helen in the office who communicated quickly via email and phone, provided advice and scheduled me in much quicker than the stated lead time. Kudos 👏

I recently (March 25) bought a WattBike for my gym and the help and service received from Scott and Helen was excellent. Immediate response to emails and very helpful. The bike itself was exactly as described and in great condition. I would definitely recommend buying from FitKit Uk and I will be using them again.

I bought a Star Trac Studio 5 Indoor Group Cycle - used - in February. I used FitKit due to the warranty. I had a problem with a bad knock on the pedal and reported it straight back to Helen who was very helpful and arranged an engineer to come out and fix it. Great service from Helen and John the engineer.

Well all i can say is that the service was fantastic, the equipment I got was super clean (almost looked brand new) it runs smoothly, the only noise I got was the belt which is completely normal where the belt was thinker and going over the rollers. Would buy again!

Great company to deal with. We purchased a 5 piece used selectorised strength set for our community Gym. The equipment is in excellent condition and Fitkit went the extra mile to ensure we had it delivered before Christmas

From the first time i used it it made lots of noises that didn’t sound right. I took a video and sent it to fitkit. They told me this was normal. I shouldn’t of trusted or believed them. I’ve only used the bike 4 times and it’s literally one week outside the 3mth warranty and the bottom bracket has come loose. Bottom brackets should last for years. It’s clear this bike wasn’t serviced/reconditioned correctly before being sold. I’ve brought this up with fitkit and been told it’s out of warranty even though I reported as soon as I got it. I will be going to trading standards. Awful company, clearly not trustworthy.

The delivery service is extremely poor. They dump the product on your drive. The order explicitly stated that my equipment would be “fully assembled” which would have allowed me to wheel it across my drive. However it was boxed up unassembled and dumped on my drive by a delivery man who couldn’t care less.
When I called customer service he was very keen to repeat that it was a kerbside delivery only but completely ignored the fact that they hadn’t delivered it assembled. Appalling customer service.
I have had six deliveries of goods this week including heavy items such as sofas and a washing machine and every delivery service has gone above and beyond except the Neanderthal who dumped my product outside my house

Ordered a Life Fitness Integrity Series cross trainer demo model with SL console. FitKit replaced the console for new prior to shipping, as they wanted to ensure the machine was in perfect condition. It has arrived as brand new and is absolutely perfect as described, not a scratch on the machine. We are thrilled having had the previous Life Fitness commercial series for years - the movement and stability of our new model is beyond what you would expect in a commercial gym. The communication with the FitKit team was exceptional and shipping machines to UK islands without stress is something rarely experienced. We are thrilled and will order solely through FitKit in the future and highly recommend this company.

This is the second pair of Jordan dumbells I’ve bought from FitKit UK and they were cheaper than second hand ones on eBay.

After spotting a deal of an ex-demo bike on the FitKit website I had a few questions - as ex-demo. However, the contact was hard to get hold, never avaible on the phone, and took days to answer my queries.
It took so long that the offer is now over and they will not honour the sale price which I am now not getting due to their poor service. Bike is now double the price!
Very unhappy and disappointed.

They sell you equipment that's on the brink of dying, used or not - they were aware of the problem and didn't rectify it themselves. They don't care about people trying to live healthier lifestyles from home, they just care about the profit it brings.

I bought a cross trainer and after a few weeks of use, it started saying low battery, as a second-hand business you don't sell products that you are aware are on their last legs.

Always go gym, it's much easier on the pockets and you don't run into dishonest people like this along the way.

Shaf, operations manager went out of his way to be helpful in my search for a Precor replacement cross trainer. In the end I didn’t require it because I was guided to a replacement console saving me a good deal of money. Old style service & help. Excellent !
