Fix My GHDs Avis 

Incredible service. Sent my GHDs to be repaired then received a phone call to say they were fakes! I was stunned! I had no idea. I was then offered either a full refund or a reconditioned pair in lieu of a refund. I accepted the reconditioned pair which arrived within a couple of days - and on the run up to Christmas. Also was told how to recognise genuine GHDs.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic customer service, which certainly makes a change these days.

Sending my tools to Fix GHDs was easier than I expected. The repair was handled quickly, and everything came back working like new. It's a great service if you want to extend the life of your styling tools instead of replacing them.

My Ghd straighteners stopped working and of course I couldn’t find the original packaging! Found this site online and sent them off and my Ghd’s returned approx 5 days later fully repaired … highly recommend… thank you !

I was very apprehensive about just sending my GHDs via post and the fee seemed too good to be true. I text a couple of times to check the status and communication was great. Sent Monday and received Saturday, all working better than ever and cleaned up. Thank you so much, can’t recommend enough and wish I knew about this company before having replaced countless sets over the years!

i sent 3 pairs of ghds for repair they was great with communication and letting me know what was happening and had a super quick return the next day after had confirmation after those fixed and would highly recommend this company

I chose this site as it had excellent reviews on Trustpilot. It lived up to those reviews and to everything it said on the site. Easy to book in and having posted them on a Saturday lunchtime they arrived back fully repaired 4 days later. I also received an email to inform me they were on their way.
Can’t praise any higher. Absolutely excellent from start to finish.

Very fast and efficient service. I posted them on Wednesday and they were fixed and back home with us on the Saturday!

Recently had a problem with my old but reliable GHD. We isolated the problem but could not repair.I contacted FIXMYGHD and could not be happier with the quick result and repairs. The GHD was sent away and within 1 week but as new. Cost $99 but saved at least that price again if I had to buy even the most basis straightener. Highly recommend. PS Also comes with a warranty!

Amazed , 5 stars , the people at fix my ghds were really friendly fast at replying and done exactly what they said they would do. My cloud9s were a christmas gift off my boyfriend so when I broke them I didn't throw them away. I found out I could get them fixed for a realy reasonable price and they were sent back in few days working perfectly. I recommend this service highly to get your straighteners fixed!!!
