Just when I thought I was going to have buy a new pair of GHD’s I found your website offering to fix them. Took the chance and posted them off to you. 4 days later I received my GHD’s back in full working order and for a reasonable cost too. I have another pair in the loft and they too will be posted out to you very soon. Thank you so much.

The service was excellent from ordering the repair, sending my GHDs to the company and quickly receiving them back repaired.
I sent my GHDs on Sunday and got them back repaired on the following Friday. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if the occasion arises.

GHD's stopped working on the 2nd day of my holiday in Corfu. Disaster for my hair. Looked up this company in Wakefield and posted them as soon as I returned home. Website easy to use and was able to track their arrival on Thursday. Today (Tuesday) received by straighteners back in full working order. Very impressed with the fast turnaround and excellent communication advising me of their repair. Would totally recommend this company.

Sent of my ghd on Tuesday and was fixed and I received them back by Friday. They were sent back in the original box I sent them in and packed perfectly. I would defiantly use them again.

What a great service! My GHDs were 10+ years old and decided to stop heating up so I researched a new set which was in the region of £250 then came across this site where they guaranteed to fix them for £30 so I thought give a try and within 5 days had them back( including weekend) working just had they had before .
