My parcel delivery was tagged on delivery but they never actually called they just wrongly tagged as customer unreachable. Worst service if I can only give negative rating I would.

If there is a zero star rating I will never think twice to give it here. My parcel was tagged as wrong address even though the address was not change for over 3 years from the day I started using shopee ph, worst is when I reportrd it through shopee csr flash express emailed me saying it was delivered to the wrong hub i stead of the neareset hub from my address. If that is the case, why they tagged it as wrong delivery address?? Is it just not to accept the courier's fault and to put the blame on shopee customer. Flash is the worst courier ever here in the Ph and I know that for over 5 years since they started here in the Ph.

Absolutely terrible delivery service!

Absolutely terrible delivery service! The driver repeatedly marks my parcel as “failed delivery” without ever attempting to deliver it. There is no call, no knock, and no message!

Because of this, multiple of my Lazada orders have been cancelled. We contacted the driver several times, and he stated that he could not deliver the parcel due to its size, which is unacceptable as no delivery attempt was made in the first place.

I have already reported this courier to Lazada.

This issue clearly stems from the driver’s lack of effort to complete deliveries, which wastes customers’ and lazada supplier's time and causes unnecessary frustration. Please address this matter seriously and improve your delivery standards!

Terrible

Terrible, kept on missing my doctors appointment trying to wait for their driver, I call and send sms but no response and at the end of the day delivery fail, then the driver reported he was calling me and I was not answering, which was a big lie. Our door was even open so that I can hear if someone was calling or knocking the gate. I reported the driver to their cs and was promised expedited delivery, but still no delivery. Please stop using their service, you’ll regret it.

BROO THIS IS THE LIKE THE WORST COURIER EVER. IVE ORDERED THREE TIMES WITH THEM AS THE COURIER AND LET ME TELL YALL THOSE THREE ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE—NOT EVEN A SINGLE PARCEL. ALL OF THEM GOT STUCK ON A DELIVERY HUB THEN LATER MARKED AS LODT. BRUH AND THEIR DRIVERS AINT SAFE TOO, THEY LITERALLY FAKE THE DELIVERING THING, THEYLL PUT IT ON THE APP THAT THEYRE GOING TO DELIVER YOUR PARCEL BUT, THEY NEVER DID. I LITERALLY WAITED THE WHOLE DAY JUST FOR THAT PARCEL AND NO, NOTHING ARRIVED—NO DRIVER, NO MOTORCYLE, NO PARCEL. THEN THEYLL PUT IN THE APP THAT "THE RECIPIENT MISSED DELIVERY"??? JUST BE BLAMING EVERYONE ELSE BUT THEIR LAZY BUMASS. ATP, JUST CLOSE TS BRO🥀

I there's an option for no star at all, I would select that option. False delivery attempt. Tracking shows recipient missed delivery. Really? Blaming me for waiting for those 3 days to deliver the parcel yet I did not receive a call, I rang one of your riders on the 2nd day but was unreachable. What I cannot accept it is tagging it as my fault. Your riders should do their job and practice integrity. UUgghghghhh frustrating

Too slow service and too much bad…

Too slow service and too much bad experience, my parcel P6127GJ9PZTAJ should deliver January 16 but even little update from their rider wala!!!! I even tried to call and text hundred of times also even follow up to their customer service from time to time but no progress at all!!! Poor service!!

I hope there's 0 star here!! I failed to update my contact number that's why I tried to contact given on their tracking status and even talked to their customer service 3 times to send an updated contact number! There's also instructions indicated on my parcel but it was all useless!!

“Failed delivery scam” never been contacted the proof of attempted delivery was screenshots of the phone with my parcel, which was clearly still in the warehouse. After reading other people’s reviews
Im surprised how they are not being investigated by relevant authorities.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT.. No one called or texted me, i checked my black app and it says failed attempt.. i called the rider and caught her red handed.. she said she came by 11am but no one answered, i checked the cctv in front of our gate and boom no one came, she suddenly asked for my land mark and i was like i thought you already came by why are you asking for my land mark then.. she just laughed nervously and tried to pacify the situation

P6118FS9HY7DD tracking number has yet to arrive…

P6118FS9HY7DD tracking number has yet to be delivered. Item ordered on nov 30, Estimated delivery for dec 5. Latest tracking notice was on dec 14 stating parcel is on the way. Until today Jan 3, the item has not arrived. At the very least, flash express could provide an update for the delay.

A joke of a delivery company

Ordered 9 parcels on the 18th for Christmas delivery, 8 all arrived on time apart from the flash delivered one, it's now the 1st of January and still waiting. It's been in the local depot since the 22nd and hasn't moved since. Contacting them is pointless as they just tell you to wait, this company needs to close down as it's hopeless.

After experiencing all the bad from this company... I have to show you what the overall consenses of FLASH EXPRESS actually is
FYI, I experienced all of this and yet the workers are still there and still pulling the same crap.

Here are the ACTUAL FACTS!!! about Flash Express and there incompetent business...
