Ordered a very expensive packing table. It shipped in 2 boxes. One of the boxes was damaged in transit and Fedex couldn't even deliver it. I called and spoke to someone named Regine, she promised me they would replace it, kept me on the phone for 40mins, only to tell me at the end of the call that actually it would not be replaced and someone would get back to me in 2 days. She was SO unhelpful. I've never had such bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend at all, will be looking elsewhere.

I’d like to give half a star if I could. I ordered a ceiling shelf for my garage and the holes in the mounting brackets didn’t line up with the holes is the vertical pieces to hold the shelves. I sent them pictures and they said this is a known issue from time to time. They sent me a whole other unit. Same problem. Now I have two of these things taking up space in my garage unassembled plus hours of work trying to install. Hopefully I at least get my money back. Feel badly sending all these parts to a landfill somewhere. Highly recommend going with another company for shelving needs.

Beware of this company. I paid $140 for a file cabinet and it came completely damaged. I reached out to support and they said they would send me another one. This was September 18th. I never heard anything back from them. I have contacted them multiple times and they keep saying oh we will email you when your new file cabinet is shipped. I’ve sent 5+ emails, have called support which was super sketchy, and don’t know what else to do to either receive a refund or receive a new file cabinet. I would buy your products somewhere else. I am disappointed that I wasted $140 at this company and thought that supporting a veteran owned business would come with good support and products.

Horrible customer service. Still waiting on my refund weeks after. Do NOT buy from them if you value your money and are looking for a quality product.

I call upset about being charged the full amount because the discount didn't work at checkout. When I look at my invoice the discount was missing. Patricia Joyce offered me a partial refund.

They sell a lot of metal storage shelves and mounting tools. I got my laptop desk clamp from them where I put my monitor on one side, and elevate the laptop next to it. It helped my neck pain significantly to have the laptop at eye level. Helped my life a lot.
