Professional Service
The staff (Monica and Jessica) were extremely helpful when I requested help in finding flights to the Philippines. They found several options and were happy to answer all the questions I had. I also asked them to find a suitable hotel for me and my partner in Manila for one night, which they did quickly at a good price. Very professional!

I booked a flight with Jade’s help and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. She was incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jade’s professionalism really stood out-she handled my booking quickly and efficiently, and her prompt assistance was much appreciated.
What further impressed me was her thoughtful follow-up after the booking, where she wished me a lovely trip and kindly reminded me about important details like check-in times and luggage allowances. It showed she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience.
Based on this excellent service, I’ll definitely be booking my future flights with her. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Flight Centre for our holiday of a lifetime
Highly recommend Flight Centre for their very personalised, professional, knowledgeable and tailored bespoke service which included international flights, transfers and hotel accommodation to Singapore & Australia. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel secure and confident in their hands.
