First Class!
Frankie provided us with exceptional service, from start to finish. She was so switched on, courteous, and had the patience of a saint. Frankie looked to ensure we got the very best option for every stage of our trip to Thailand, from flights to transfers to accommodation, even getting us room upgrades for little extra cost.
