Liam and Adam arrived within the time period, were very polite and professional. They switched the TVs around in a very good turnaround, and provided a very good demonstration of how it works, and we're very happy with the service they provided. They are a credit to the company.

From the moment I called Forbes rentals when my cooker broke i had nothing but fantastic, friendly service.
Jamie was friendly and reassuring on the phone, and reassured me that I would not have to wait long for a replacement.
Nigel and Dylan the delivery guys were prompt and there was brilliant communication from them. They called when on the way and waited a few minutes as I was late home from a night shift. They did a fabulous job installing my new cooker.

Matt and Ross arrived exactly at the time that they had told us to expect them. They were both polite and efficient. They not only installed our upgraded TV but helped us resolve a problem with our Sky Q box and Sky mini box. They corrected the wrongly installed wires. We had been trying since March when the Sky engineer installed them to get the problems resolved with no luck and Matt and Ross had it sorted within the hour they were here. They ensured that we had a landline working and the internet connection before they left. Thank you Matt and Ross.

Pre phone call made as promised by company . Arrived on time. Pleasant approachable guys (Nathan and Dylan). They were fast and efficient but still made time to chat. Informed me well regarding of all company details and services. First time using this company I can say from the office staff who ensured a smooth registration process right up until today. We have used this company for my washing machine fr more years than I can remember! Faults on washer taken care of every time! If I need a new one I get one! Washer broke on Monday night new one Thursday morning! Special mention to Dan and Jamie for being amazing and making the whole process easy! Thanks guys!
