Delivery day for my scooter! The whole experience from the first phone call, to delivery was a delight - and these days you don't get that very often.
My scooter arrived perfectly, the two delivery technitions were lovely, friendly, helpful, professional whilst putting me at ease. They rang through everything, in a cheerful manner, on what was a very hot day!

Two trips in one day.
They came once and found I had a leak. So could not deliver the appliance. I called a plumber who fixed the leak. Told Forbes this had been done and they came back within an hour and delivered and fitted the new appliance. Thank you Ricky & Adam excellent service.
