Really good service
Arrived promptly and did the work really well in the boiling heat. Ricky and Adam were really lovely to deal with and talked me through all the paperwork etc and I’m really happy with the machine and service. Thank you

Fast, efficient and helpful
Fast, efficient and helpful service all round. From Elaine on the phone who helped me get a shorter contract due changing circumstances, and Ricky and Adam who took away my old broken machine, fitted the new one in twenty minutes, and fixed some slight issues while they were at it. All we're lovely to chat to and a credit to the company. After 15 years with Forbes I can't fault them.

Great service with Forbes Rentals been with them for ten years now’s always been over the moon with the appliances and customer service call office especially Elaine, also Luke and Joe with their fitting and setup won’t leave until you know how to work the appliances. I have been renting from Forbes for years! Always very helpful and accommodating.
Toby and Ray came today with my order which I miscommunicated and the engineers were excellent as they understood the error and got on the phone and sorted it all out for me there and then. So left me with what I wanted and I was happy and pleased with the service as usual.

I have had a washing machine contract…
I have had a washing machine contract for 7 years without issues. Machine recently brokedown and a service engineer was requested. This took 3 /4 days and he popped in for a minute and asked me what happened. I repeated what i had wrote on the email and voice message i sent, then he condemned it and left. I had a call to discuss an exchange and one was organised asap. This turned out to be Monday, which would be 8 days since machine broke. I required the machine asap and after a too and throw with despatch, Sat morning was agreed. Delivery and setup Technicians arrived prompt and proffessionally installed my washer and removed the broken one. Great job guys, good work and very quick.
I rent to get the quickest best service and the website says 24hrs callout. I am happy overall, but this has made me consider buying one and just replacing it when it breaks. In the meantime, i will continue using Forbes, as they are very good. I would of prefered a quicker service, but it is still a good service. Plus i have a new bigger machine which looks great. Cheers
