I've ordered many products from Fox & Moon over the years, and I could not be happier with the service and products that I received at every stage.

Not only are the products beyond beautiful, but they come extremely well packaged and super fast!

I use my planner daily and could not be without it. I use my family planner to keep me (and the ridiculous amount of after school clubs and holiday camps) organised and in check. I use my meal planner which has been a god send when trying to save money, which leads me on to the wonderful budget planner which has helped me be in control of my finances for the first time in what feels like forever.

Who knew stationary could help relieve A LOT of stress? Turns out it does, and that's all thanks to F&M.

I run a small business myself, and I know the struggles that shipping delays can cause. F&M have always been extremely professional and have kept me up to date if there has been any shipping delays, even though I know it is completely out of their control.

I just can't recommend this business enough. I tell all my family and friends about it, and will continue to do so.

I love watching them on Instagram, and seeing how hard they work to fulfil orders for their customers. They really are a business inspiration for me.

I'm not sure what the future holds for F&M, but my heart sank when I read their IG post. I need their products to get through my busy personal and business life! So, no matter what you do in the future, I will always be with you on your journey!

Have ordered multiple times from fox & moon there budget planner is by far the best thing I’ve ever bought, the are a small business and I recommend them too all my friends

I've ordered from Fox and Moon for years and their service and products have always been second to none. I had an incorrect item sent, during an incredibly busy time for the company, and it was very quickly rectified with a message on Instagram; I cannot fault them! Their products are made to such a high quality and look professional yet chic- as a teacher, I couldn't be without my academic planner. This small business deserves all the luck in the world and all the respect of any other business on the market!

Love my fox and moon diaries! I’ve ordered a couple of years in a row now and wouldn’t swap to any other brand!
I had issues with one not turning up (around the time Royal Mail were having a nightmare and Black Friday) but I contacted them and a replacement was sent out for me so I didn’t need to start the year diary-less. Amazing customer service for such a small business!

Have ordered a couple of times and always been impressed with how quickly I received my order. It’s also great that they sometimes have products at the Leeds Deli so you can see them in person! Their communication is excellent- they are very clear if they are away/ have a delay from Royal Mail etc so you know exactly what’s happening. Always been very happy with the service.

This is an incredible small business. I have used their planners for several years now and always had amazing service. The products are such high quality, based on what customers are saying they need/ want and so different from anything else out there.

I first ordered in 2017 and have reordering many times since. The customer service is incredible. My orders have always been dispatched quicker than my expectations and never had a problem receiving my order. A few years ago, I had a slight issue with one product received but as soon as I let the team know they sent out a replacement straight away which was fantastic. I can’t praise Fox and Moon enough and will happy continue re-ordering and recommending to family and friends.
