Grocemania Avis 

Scammers. No order arrived. I will take it to higher authorities i will make sure they pay for their scam.

I placed an order with them and waited for over 30 minutes with my order status still showing “Processing”.

I attempted to contact them via their Live Chat on their website where it showed I would be speaking with “Xavier Javis”. I waited a few minutes with no response so I tried another message and received nothing. I downloaded their app to see if maybe the updates just weren’t showing on their site and I got the same result. After stating I wanted a refund (45 minutes after my order), it suddenly showed I was speaking to “Bot” instead of Xavier. I contacted them via Instagram and email and again, they didn’t reply to my query.

After two hours, I managed to connect with Xavier, who very kindly dealt with my request and processed my refund quickly. He was very polite and I increased the stars of my review because of his customer service.

Very poor customer service some scammer just made open there online shops and looting innocent Londoners I beg you people please avoid these scammer I don’t put your bank detail ever. Pathetic

My first time order never arrived so I asked to have the money refunded. This was approved by x2 members of the team. 3 weeks later and countless emails and messages sent on instagram and I haven't received my refund or a reply. The customer service is disgraceful.

Update: half an hour after posting this review I received an email saying the refund would be processed, I still have not received it. It has now been five weeks in total since I was due to receive it. I have tried reaching out via email multiple times and no response. I will not only NOT be recommending this service to friends and family, but telling them to AVOID.

I have ordered couple of times from this guys, and they were absolutely good. On time and replies very promptly to any requests.

As someone who is severely disabled home delivery is essential but you are reliant, particularly during Covid, on tying yourself to one single supermarket. The problem they have such power they can drop something like because for them it's easy. After doing a quick Google search I discovered what I wanted on Grocemania and it would be delivered the same.This for me is a perfect solution and now I know how much this has benefited me so I can afford to be more choosy because of Grocemania.

Paid 12.40 for an order and cancelled it as soon as I could after around 1 minute and asked them for a refund they’ve took my money and haven’t got back to me in days worst app ever scammers!!! Avoid at all costs

Can't get hold of anyone. My order has not arrived in 2 days. No offer of a refund, no idea where my items are. Do I report this company for fraud before I get a refund now?

Awesome service they forgot the bacon and bread from my order leaving me devastated so xavier sent it out in the next delivery and saved dinner time.
