Grocemania Avis 

I would not recommend ordering from here. I ordered for the first time, I placed an order and received it 45min later. I received the wrong items as well and some items were missing from my order. The fresh veg was not what I expected, the ginger was rotten. This was the first time I ordered and will be the last.

Best customer service - amazing communication with the customers, extremely quick deliveries. Highly recommended!!!!!

I am shocked, it was delivered in 14 minutes (!) and these guys put extra haribo bears as a gift for me, Grocemania is the absolute leader in grocery delivery!

Excellent customer service and rapid service.

Wonderful service and groceries arrived in around an hour, I couldn't believe it. Bread was a week from expiry date, very pleased. One item missing must have been out of stock, it had already been refunded by the time I went to look for the telephone number. As another customer has said, such a pity I couldn't tip the young driver

I have used Grocenania twice now.
I am totally pleased with the services offered.
Speedy delivery of items. Although at this time it's hard to express anything in the same way. I know my gratitude was conveyed as was the great pleasure on the delivery drivers faces that they were able to help me.
Even more so, I was completely taken with the fact that, I was called out of courtesy to check that I had received my order without any problems..

Excellent service ! I actually had a bag of shopping missing as it was quite a big grocery order and the team at Grocemania we’re amazing and did not stop until the missing bag was found and delivered and gave me a discount voucher for my next shop too ! They were professional, prompt , decent and dealt with the issue . Thank you again guys !

This is the second time in 10 days this company has come to my rescue.

One minor point, would Grocemania make it possible to tip the delivery team via payment on their site?

Very responsive support team. Great service at the time of crisis - just what we needed in a household caring for an at-risk family member.

Prompt delivery of shopping. This was my second experience of using the service and I would use it again. Some substitutions were necessary, which is completely understandable in current circumstances. One or two substituted products were not ones I like, so it is best to telephone to check their suitability, as happened the first time I used Grocemania.

It was a speedy service polite delivery people. But a bit expensive but for me good in emergencies
