Absolutely a scam never buy from there fake delivery's and customer service is always we will let you know as soon as possible and then you find out the store is just scam it was 100$ but Iam pretty sure the scammed other people for a lot more literally it's a scam

I purchased a product containing 12 shampoo bars but only recieved 1 shampoo bar instead of twelve as advertised. After many emails back and forth with customer care I was told they "are unable to fulfill the request for the remaining shampoo bars at this time". Quite dissapointed

I’ve placed my order on March 26th and on April 8th, I still hadn’t received any update regarding my order. I was going to submit a claim to PayPal in order to have my money back.
After getting in touch with the costumer support with a bit of a back and forth mail exchange, I finally received the information that the item wasn’t in stock and I was fully refunded at the same time.

had no problems at all, bought my favourite fragrance and delivered in a reasonable time, not sure why all the negative reviews, i would recommend this website has an unreal collection of fragrances.

Very very bad service and selling expired items!

Please do not buy! I ordered because of the big discount, after received the eye cream, checked the barcode and showed already shelf life more than 4 years. That’s the reason why they sell cheap as they buy expired stuff from someone. They will reply your email very very slow and don’t tell you how to refund and ask you to pay the delivery fee.
Worst experience ever online!

This is an absolutely dodgy company. They sent the wrong product and could only answer the complaint with an algorith or robot-speak. It was generic nonsense that did not fit the question. Don't even think about it.

Please run away from this SCAM.

Delivery of over $950 worth of product took over 28 days. Worthless customer support always replying mails with delays & generic templates to suit their dodgy transactions.

They will never refund your money even when they haven't fulfilled their obligation as a merchant.

This scam business will never know peace as it is founded on lies & deceits. They will cause you absolutely nothing but stress.

There are better businesses out there you can shop from.

Fake company. Waited 7 weeks for $110 item, wouldnt reply to requests for refund and instead with automated “we will locate your package” email.

Absolutely useless!!!! Do not purchase from them at all!!! Purchased something in August… still waiting. I messaged after 1 month from not receiving goods and no response, messaged them 2 weeks later only to receive a email reply to stop emailing them excessively as it puts me to the back of the queue.

UPDATE‼️ 13/11/2024 I have now received my package and have updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars.

Ships from overseas ( read the fine print ) been waiting 5 weeks. Customer service just copy and paste the same reply over and over. No accountability or care. Made it seem like there was a chance my order could have been delayed but reading other experiences this seems normal for them. Would have appreciated the transparency on timeframes up front. Will never purchase again and will be sure to let other knows about my terrible experience and especially so since they have made zero effort to make this right. If you get your order right away great, but be aware its not a local company and you might be waiting weeks without being informed properly. Totally sucks.
Agree with the other person who said pay with PayPal so you are protected and can open a claim if you need to.

Purchased via the Woolies marketplace so I know the address supplied to them was correct, however they sent the perfume to an entirely different suburb.

All they have is a mobile phone number which is always switched off.

Item poorly packaged and leaked through delivery box. Contacted seller immediately and was told customer satisfaction guarantee meant item would be replaced as soon as I provided a photograph of the product. I did this. Two weeks later I was told I also needed to provide a photograph of the box demonstrating leaked product. Luckily I was able to do this as I had retained the box as a precaution. One month later I received an email asking if any of the other order items were damaged. I replied nothing else was damaged and could the promised replacement of the original product please be escalated as much time had passed. Never heard from them again despite following up numerous times.

Also, I cannot be sure but I suspect the products may be counterfeit as they do not smell the same as the versions I have bought from in store retailers.

I actually received all of my items, it took a week to arrive and it’s everything I ordered, had no contact but atleast I got my stuff lol

Beware and use PayPal. Recently had partial order delivered and confusing communication about item not delivered. Only through intervention of PP and their policy of payment did I achieve a resolution. Not to be recommended and never buy through them again.

If there was a way to give you no stars I would. My parcel has been sitting in customs for over a week now and no reply from Fresh Beauty. They have just resorted to ignoring me. I specifically bought these products from what I thought was a NZ website in the hopes it would be here in a couple of days, only to find out it is shipped from Australia. I would recommend staying away from them. Hard lessons learned. You have been warned

This online store is a scam.
My order hasn't arrived, the seller says it has been "lost" by the courier. Refuses to supply me with name of courier company or tracking number.
Oh, and coincidentally, the item I purchased is out of stock, so the seller cant send me a replacement.
It won't refund me and insists I use a store 'credit' to purchase another product.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!~

Fresh Beauty Co, regrettably, my encounter with this company has been unsatisfactory due to their inadequate response in customer service. It took an extensive amount of time, spanning over 6 or 7 emails and 2 SMS, to receive any form of communication. The lack of accessibility to speak with a representative further compounded the issue. While I understand that customs issues may have impeded the delivery of my items, attempting to obtain a refund has proven fruitless as they have not responded to my inquiries. Consequently, I cannot endorse this company as their customer service is virtually nonexistent.
