Great products and excellent customer service
I only came across Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics a few months ago and was hesitant to order at first. However I placed an initial order in September and received my order in under a week. I then proceeded to place a second order late October and received my package in under 2 weeks. This delay was expected due to the current problems with shipping.
Customer service was extremely helpful and I am very satisfied with this company and will continue to order from them in the future.

I discovered this store last month and I'm very happy with it. It is the only place you can find some uncommon product. I got the Elta MD sunscreen, it arrived in 1 week and I'm happy with it because it is FREEEEEE shipping!!!

Recieved my Tiffany perfume today but am bewildered that after using the same perfume for many years there seems little resemblance to my previous bottles. Is it truly from Tiffanys or is it an approximation by another perfumery?

Writing this review after a week of using the products. Amazed by the result and to receive the parcel within 5 days. Was very excited to open the parcel. Everything sweetly packed! The customer service was very helpful too. Had some issues with my order. They were very prompt with redressal and replacing my product. Thank youuuuu!!! A ONE STOP BEAUTY SELLER THAT DOESN'T CHARGE A FORTUNE
Absolutely love shopping on this website. They pretty much cover all aspects of beauty and if you have an enquiry you simply can WhatsApp the team and they advise you.
Not to mention the 5% loyalty discount.
It's a one stop shop that's actually reasonable and offers free shipping too!!

I messaged your facebook with some questions and the worker was very helpful though it took around an hour and a half(at the most) for them to get back to me. They were extsremely helpful and kind throughout the entire thing. Just waiting on my dilivery that I am suoer keen to get. Such a great range made it so hard to decided but with the help of facebook page helped me narrow it down.

I initially tried using Facebook Messenger to chat to you guys but no response. I did wait at least a couple of hours. I thought then to maybe use What's App and it replied within a few minutes which was better. I asked a question and they were very friendly and helpful and I wanted scent free moisturising cream. Very expensive.
