A Nightmare Experience - Buyer Beware! If you're considering purchasing from Fresh Beauty Co, please save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Fresh Beauty Co. used very low prices on Google search ads to lure me in on April 1st 24. Seeing positive reviews and claims of being in business for over 15 years, I felt confident in my purchase.

I placed three orders totaling over $9,000 for 127 fragrance bottles. After a week, they provided tracking for just one small parcel, which ended up being delivered to an entirely different address and person in another suburb!

Following numerous emails with Fresh Beauty Co., they initially claimed all my orders were delivered. Only when I provided evidence from Australia Post, did they finally admit the issue. Even after 10 days of their second reply, they couldn't tell me where the other orders were or offer any tracking information.

Fresh Beauty Co.'s solution was store credit or a refund. Who would trust them after this ordeal? It took another 10 days and a PayPal dispute before they refunded for one order – over $7,000 remained outstanding.

Further Lies

After two more weeks, 50 days after the purchase, they sent the fake tracking number again, claiming one of the un-refunded orders was delivered, while completely ignoring the other missing order.

To recover my money and prevent others from being scammed, I'm reporting Fresh Beauty Co. to the ACCC, Consumer Affairs Victoria, and Google. A website like this should never appear in Google Shopping searches!

In summary
Deceptive Advertising and Dishonest Practices: lure customers with unrealistically low prices and use fake tracking numbers and lie to delay refunds.
Unresponsive Communication: No answer to calls, live chat, or WhatsApp messages.
Generic email replies take 7-10 days and ignore specific concerns.
Imagine the hassle of getting a refund for missing or faulty products!

Fresh Beauty Co. is a terrible company. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I smell a rat

I ordered a fragrance through Woolworths Market Place from supplier’ Fresh Beauty’ .
My order dispatched 5 days later
No tax invoice available
Parcel sent to another city 2000km away someone else collected it.
I contacted Australia Post who identified my tracking number had a different name, sent from a different company name.

They refused to send me a replacement and lied saying they had no more in stock but were selling it on their websites at a significantly higher price ( 4.5 times higher )
they refunded my account after I told
them I was willing to wait for a replacement.

What is their game ?Who collected my package?. And why are they lying about unavailable stock ?

Bought a perfume from Ozsale which was to be processed by Fresh Beauty Co. First off they will send you a fake tracking number, it will show as delivered but you will never receive them item. I then complained and then they make up an excuse that the item is out of stock, when it is in stock on both their website and also website to avoid having to send the item. Don't waste your time with them

Waiting 5 weeks for a product that still hasn't arrived. No-one will answer emails and mailbox is full when try speak to customer service rep. No other way I can contact them. Claim to have a customer service pledge. Absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They look legit but are an absolute scam. Plan to contact media outlets to drive some bad publicity to warn others given so many similar complaints.

Bought 4-fragrances and after 5-days, they refunded me for no reason. They ding don’t message back either. Stay away from these con artists

I have ordered from this company multiple times and as others have said the deliveries are very slow since they are in Australia. I always order a bunch of items well in advance. This last order one of the three bottles of Dr. wheat grass was bad. The company first offered a free replacement and then said I needed to tell them about a bad product a week in advance.

if there was a no star review, i would have chosen that.
i have ordered 29 January, still nothing - do not buy.. I wish ive read the reviews. I thought it was a nz company, but the items were apparently shipped from the states.. alarm bells started ringing. if not recieved within the next 2 days , i am reporting them to my bank for fraud

Their customer service is great. My favourite Ouidad product I’ve been looking for has been sold out everywhere, I asked the wonderful customer service to order in some stock for me and they did. Will continue shopping here.

The first time I visited this site, a sale item moved to full price when adding it to the shopping cart. I used their Chatbot to report this, stating that they MUST NOT use my email address for marketing purposes. Immediately received an email advising I had "registered" for their marketing emails when I had not. Contacted them via Facebook to advise - absolutely no response.
Summary: Do not use. 😡

I’m still missing a lotion and perfume out of five items are missing were now weeks in. Also the lotion I did buy was leaking and individually wrapped in Saran Wrap when i was supposed to get double, shady business.

They are selling fake products, I have bought it for years at the mall first time buying online it doesn’t smell the same and it’s making my skin burn and break out in full rashes

Have been waiting on an order to be dispatched since November 5th. Nothing. Emailed customer service 3 times only to receive the same generic response. Don’t buy from them.

Purchased goods 17 August and now 19 November and have not received anything. Sent many emails and received Bot generated responses and nothing done about it. NEVER EVER deal with this company as they are totally incompetent.

I regret to inform you that my recent purchase experience with your company has been rather unsatisfactory. I placed an order for a product on September 19, 2023, but did not receive it until October 4, 2023, which significantly exceeded the promised delivery time. Furthermore, upon receiving the product, I was dismayed to find that its expiration date is set for November 2023. This timeframe leaves me with less than a month to utilize the product, which is clearly inadequate.

I must express my disappointment with the overall service provided, especially given the premium price of $92.20 that I paid for this item. As a result of this experience, I am inclined to refrain from making future purchases from your company, and I cannot in good conscience recommend your services to others.

In light of these circumstances, I kindly request that you review and address this matter promptly. I believe that a resolution such as a refund, a replacement with a longer expiration date, or an alternative solution would be a reasonable course of action. I look forward to your response and hope that we can find a mutually agreeable solution to this issue.

have been fresh co customer for years. Last month I have ordered 2 revision skincare products from them. They claimed to be pro size. Received them, used them 3 times. Mind you I am a loyal revision customer using my products purchase from liscensed skincare clinic for years. These 2 products have made my face red and bumps allowed even down to my neck. Particularly with the face wash caused both my eye area extremely red flaky and stiny. Went to gp was told severe allergy due to what I use.

Tried to contact fresh since last week. I have only received 1 email asking more photos and I did via live chat with customer her name is [Name Removed].

Was promised it will take 2 or 3 business day and I will hear from them. Tried email and call and live chat a few times today .however no response at all. Live chat keep cutting me off, call went to full voice mail box, email no response at all.

Upon checking, fresh co is not authorised to sell revision skincare at all.

Having use genuine revision skincare for years without problems. I regret this decision buying from fresh attempting people with lower price but selling fake stuff.

I have tons of photos to show the difference of revision products between authorised sellers such as skin clinic and fresh co. I just can't upload here. Will try google reviews there so people can see clearly what's going on.

Fresh, you owe me an explanation! You don't just take over $400 from people and not be responsible for it

I made a purchase without realising that the product was going to be shipped from New York to me in New Zealand. It was listed on the product page but in the tiniest writing and who reads the whole page anyway, this should have been stated in the shipping area.

It took 3 days to depart and then tracking showed the "data" was received at an Auckland address so I still didn't realise it was coming from overseas.

I contacted the company who took a couple of days to respond and were no real help at all.

Tracking showed absolutely nothing further until the day before it arrive 2 weeks later. At the very least they should have tracking that actually shows where the parcel is as this leaves the customer in complete doubt about whether they are a legitimate business.

I would never ever buy from this company again, their customer service is slow and completely ineffective and they seem to want to do nothing but mislead customers.

The checkout process was very quick and easy and the company gave me lots of updates on my order. The website was very structured which made it easy to find what I needed. I would definitely recommend this website as it was absolutely amazing, trustworthy and efficient.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years—and in that time, I’ve never once needed to dispute a delivery. Products are great, huge variety, amazing sales. Online shopping is easy to use, products are always well packed. Postage time is very reasonable and should you need to return a product, the customer service is always helpful. Shopping with them is delightful.

Updated. Order finally did arrive, product as ordered, thank you. Communication was slow and doesn't leave the customer full of confidence. May I suggest giving your customers the option of a different/faster courier service option at checkout if the current one routinely takes so long and doesn't update their tracking at all.

I have never bought a product from Fresh Beauty Co. Yet, they have created 2 accounts with my name/email without my permission. They ignore unsubscribe requests.
Their unsolicited marketing spam email includes the following privacy problems:
- The 'Unsubscribe here' button is a fake link. There is no 'unsubscribe' option.
- The 'Personalise my emails' link leads to a new products page and does not link to email settings or preferences.
- The 'Privacy policy' link lands on a refunds page
- There is no Privacy page on the website, despite it being referred to in their Term's of Service.
This contravenes just about all the spam guidelines laid down by the ACMA.
You cannot trust this company with your personal details.

In November 2020 I bought a product from "Mr Fresh dot com" and either they sold my details to Fresh Beauty Co, or they are same company in a differnet guise. Avoid them if you value your privacy.

I ordered a product online that unfortunately was damaged in delivery. I suspect the high altitude forced some of the product out of the container. I emailed the support team and they helped very quickly. I am very happy and comfortable ordering products from these guys.
