Do Not Buy from a fake company.
I spent $349 on fragrances that took several weeks to arrive and had no noticeable scent. When I requested a return, I was told about their 30-day return policy. I returned the products, but never heard from them again and still haven’t received a refund. They now have both the returned products and my money. Extremely disappointing—I feel completely ripped off. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Don’t waste your money.

To set the record straight, we actually made an exception to accept a return of 8 opened and used bottles. However, you subsequently filed a full credit card dispute and ignored 6 emails from our team requesting a return tracking number. Because an active payment dispute is open and no return tracking was ever provided, the matter must be resolved through your bank. If you have a return tracking number, reply to our previous emails so our team can assist further.

Hard to find fragrance. Outstanding value and service
First, the price is outstanding for eau de parfume roll on.
The bottles were packaged carefully and shipped in a timely manner. I will be buying more. Much to my dismay, Jessica Simpson's Fancy Nights has been discontinued. Imho, Fancy Nights is the closest fragrance to Coty's vintage Emeraude, which sadly has also been discontinued. Thank goodness for FragranceShop.com!

That definitely wasn't Polo Double…
That definitely wasn't Polo Double Black. Its smell horrible. I feel cheated out of 20 dollars by paying for a mixture of who knows what because it definitely wasn't even the color Of Polo Double Black.

We are unsure which product you are referring to, as standard fragrance products do not typically require instructions. Spray colognes are applied via the atomizer, splash aftershaves are applied directly by hand, and roll-on oils are rolled directly onto the skin.

I ordered Joop but I had some that I had from Macey and it would last a lot longer. Someone told me that the more expensive has more oils which makes it last longer. I think your Joop must have more alcohol in it. It is cheap but I like a fragrance to last better and have people ask what are wearing ,it smells great but I don't think they can smell this after I have it on. Thanks
