We bought our kitchen from frank key and we couldn't be happier! the process was so easy, Ben in the showroom came and measured up really quickly and got to work straight away with designing our dream kitchen, he made changes when we asked and really cared that everything was perfect for us. we had so much choice especially with cabinet colours and styles and with the tiles, so the kitchen really feels unique to us rather than a standard kitchen that you buy in one go, we had Richard and his team fit the kitchen, he came recommended to us by Ben and he was great too! We absolutely LOVE our kitchen and even after it was fitted Ben and Richard have been so helpful if we need anything. We would (and have) recommended them to friends and family you won't be disappointed

Their website doesn’t work. I have tried to hire a tool, it’s available and at a reasonable price. It is however, a website exclusive price. When proceeding through the booking process, I get as far as the accessories pop-up, 2stroke fuel charge is pre-selected, but neither the “close” nor the “add” buttons work. I have tried on two different devices, using two different browsers.So I’am now looking elsewhere.
It’s great offering a website exclusive rate, it’d be even better if your booking process worked and potential customers could take advantage of that website exclusive price.

We visited the Daybrook branch looking for a new kitchen. This was our first major replacement in twenty years, Ben Roberts was fantastic taking our ideas and putting them together with his to come up with a design which we can now enjoy for the next twenty years. The kitchen itself is fantastic quality and came in at a very competitive price, fitting was done by Rich Quigley who was recommended by Ben and again his workmanship and ideas throughout the project really put us at ease, everybody who has seen the kitchen are very impressed.
I would definitely recommend Ben and Rich and Frank Key.

Fantastic service again from Frank Key. Two deliveries in a week, first Ian, then Mark, both were extremely helpful, went out of their way to place the drop off exactly where I wanted it and gave helpful advice. Also Lee at Patio World was brilliant, showed me pictures of how to lay a patio and got me to take a photo. Just really lovely people and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you.
