RE-scheduled delivery; very helpful at depot and also driver

Arrived on time, driver was lovely and very helpful.

We used Frank Key Daybrook for our bathroom at our previous home so knew that once moving to our new house we'd want to go back, which we did! We dealt with Melanie who has been amazing since the start, she had a very thorough appointment with us where we went through every detail of what we wanted in our new bathroom. We placed the order and have since been back to order new flooring for our kitchen and hallway, a kitchen sink and tap and also a radiator which David helped me with it all. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are more than happy to try and get the best possible price for us which is always appreciated! 5* service from David and Melanie and I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to people we know, they've been superb!! Thank you

Good availability of products, and delivered on time. I just have one suggestion on the website - don't empty my basket after I pause my selection - I like to add stuff to the basket throughout the day but it empties after only 60 minutes!

The customer service was excellent. The hire product was delivered and collected as planned.

Went in Frank Keys to look at their kitchen taps and ended up buying the complete kitchen.
Ben was excellent through out advised and measured up for the units and also the worktops.
He actually visited our home while the fitter was fitting just to check everything was ok.
The cost of the kitchen was comparable to the one we were going to purchase from Howdens and actually according to our fitter was of better construction.
We had one sleight problem with a unit but Ben arranged for it to be changed within 48 hours.
Great service from start to finish.

Fairly quick delivery 5days from order placement of 10 different products

Collected insulation panels and didn't notice how obviously second hand they were. Dented and warped.

Customer service offered a refund. Not much use when you consider the wasted time, and travel costs.

They made me look like an idiot because I didn't inspect the boards when I collected them.

They weren't even a good price, should have got my act together and bought online and save me the time, effort and money.

So disappointed. I think that is probably the last visit to Frank Keys in Daybrook Nottingham.

We have used Keys a few times in recent years for some building projects and we have always been impressed with the products and service they provide. The staff are excellent and a pleasure to deal with. They go the extra mile to ensure everything is ok and that the customer is 100% happy. Here is just one small example...Keys supply radiators from The Radiator Company and we have recently had to have one replaced while under warranty. Once I'd contacted Keys, they handled everything very efficiently and within a week we received a replacement. No fuss, no hassle and regular updates. Excellent customer service from all involved.

If ever we have any more building work done I have no doubt Keys will be involved and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Frank Key (Arnold Nottm branch)! Ben Roberts was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, advised me on what would suit my space and designed the whole new kitchen perfectly. The materials are high quality, value for money and exactly what I envisioned. With the help of Rich fitting the kitchen, it was sorted in no time with surprisingly little to no mess and no hassle. Overall would really recommend Frank Key kitchens to anyone!

Frank Key was considerate of where the scaffolding tower we hired was to be used and provided it with clean wheels, so that the floor of historic building would be protected.
It arrived and was picked up as scheduled and receipt was sent promptly.
Everything was straight forward and efficient and we would definitely use Frank Key again.

The site staff at Ripley site were nice enough but had no idea what I had ordered for click and collect even with a text confirmation reference number. However this was only a minor wait and was over the festive period so top score for frank jet being open as most building supplies were shut. So only improvement would be a more seamless online to store ordering process.
