Frank Key Avis 

Goods delivered two days earlier than expected which was good as I was able to start the job early. However the insulation material that I had ordered was wet which did mess things up slightly. 1 star deducted for that!

Only giving it 4/5 as I had some difficulties with the website ... but other than that everything was great.

The website promised same day delivery, if I ordered within the next 30 minutes......2 hours later, the delivery was on my drive!

Excellent customer service. I needed to change the collection time I was able to speak to someone who was very helpful.

Great products and service

Ordered a skip for delivery 2 weeks ago for some work I had scheduled this weekend, payment taken etc.

Chased 4x over the phone on the day of delivery and was constantly told the skip is coming only for nothing to arrive, branches now closed so can't speak to anyone.

I have workmen due to start tomorrow.

I’ve used Frank Key (Bulwell, Nottingham) a couple of times now, supplies for a garden project.

From ordering on the website, checking in at my allocated slot through to the team loading everything into my car it’s been a great experience.

Great value on pricing and we are very happy with the products.

Been to frank key before and always had a good experience. Delivered in AM on date requested. Delivery driver placed type 1 where I asked. Would be good to get a phone call or text to inform you a rough time for delivery or that your drop is next. Only just about caught driver last time as I was leaving for school run.

4 years after having a new bathroom from Frank Key (with excellent service and price), we have just had minor problems with taps. I hoped to be able to
buy spare parts or even complete new taps.......
However Melanie at Nottingham Frank Key was a star. She immediately took on the problem and negotiated the parts for our now obsolete taps to be provided free under warranty. They say quality is exceeding customer expectations. Frank Key is definitely quality!

This outfit tried to deliver building supplies to my neighbour at 07:10 in the morning on a large vehicle in a cul de sac.

The driver wasn't aware of the law regarding times of building work allowed but moved his vehicle (no doubt disturbing the other neighbours again)
When ringing the Frank Key office I was told that deliveries were allowed at that time as the driver could leave the yard at 06:45.
If you want to upset your neighbours they are the ideal company to use but if you care about where you live don't even consider them
I am discussed this with Frank Key who has advised me that it was the builders that requested the first delivery.
This does not excuse the time but is an explanation but any reputable builders should be aware of the relevant buildings regulations

What a refreshing change these days, a company that does what it says it's going to. I've recently purchased a bathroom through the Arnold showroom and am thoroughly delighted with the price, quality, delivery and service I've received throughout the process.
The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't rate this place high enough. If you're looking for a new kitchen or bathroom I wouldn't hesitate to try these guys out.
