Furniture Village - Solihull Avis 

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Solihull store, thanks to Mezzan Chowdhury. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with our family.

He guided us through the options to find the perfect Tempur mattress, and our kids absolutely loved the experience too—the store environment was warm, relaxed, and very family-friendly.

Kieron and ryan delivered furniture this week and must recommend them they were great. Put carpet down before coming through even asked if they needed to take shoes off. Did a great job even putting them where we wanted them.

Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained about after care, insurance and that I would be contacted about delivery in about 4 weeks time. I'll be given 2 or 3 days for choice and a time will be arranged. A very pleasant time spent at Furniture Village in Shirley

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village Solihull. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they gave us plenty of time to look around without any pressure. They answered all our questions clearly and helped us choose the right furniture for our home.

The showroom was well presented and there was a great range of furniture to choose from. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

The sales consultant Adrian Ford was very helpful and friendly helping me to find a suitable, comfortable chair for my needs. Very happy with my experience at the Solihull store. Will definitely return.

Recently purchased a sofa at the Shirley/Solihull branch and have so far been delighted with the service. First of all Leon was very helpful and then Kush finalised it all. Both a credit to the firm 👍🏼

Allowed to browse and then I could get a salesperson to help without being harassed.

As a young couple moving into our first house, buying a sofa felt like a huge and overwhelming decision.

Kush was so helpful, gave us space to look round and made sure all questions were answered when we needed help. Really great customer service, everything was explained well and he helped us make a really good choice.
Can't wait for it to be delivered :)

Staff very helpful from start to finish

Went to look at Riser Recliner chairs and I couldn't walk to the back of the shop as have mobility issues so the staff brought the chairs up to me at the door nothing was too much trouble showed me how everything worked made my experience a pleasure.

Adrian at the Solihull Branch was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and you must ask for Adrian to get the best service.

Good experience today, left to browse until we wanted assistance, John who served us was very professional but made us feel comfortable

The lady that was telling me all about it was very helpful made sure I new everything before brought helped with paper work and was very polite very clear in speaking and explained it clearly so I new clearly all the information very happy exapearance shopping there I will use the company in the future

Came to buy rise and recline chair and Adrian was absolutely great nothing was to much trouble even bought the chair down by door for me as couldn't walk to bottom of shop,thank u so much for everything Adrian
