Awesome experience

On entry to the store, my wife and I were greeted after a few minutes by a friendly member of staff. He told us to give him a shout if we needed any help which was nice as some stores can be too pushy . We then had a browse and spotted the Gemini glider sofa. We then met Khushi who again told us if we needed any more information to just ask . He again was helpful without being pushy. We were unsure about whether the single glider chair would be too big for our space so had to go home and check. On our return Khushi completed our purchase promptly and professionally.

Went in to have a look at beds to compare them to others we'd looked at and a very helpful saleaman called John showed us our options . Left the shop to do a bit of shopping then went back and found John again and confirmed we were back to buy the one he'd shown us John was very thorough and double checked our requirements. He then went through the paperwork explaining what the checks were for before we signed and completed our purchase.
The shop is very well laid out with a good choice of furniture and very friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend this store.

We found the 2 seater reclining leather sofa we liked in your nice spacious showroom,-good air conditioning!

We ordered our sofa in store at the Solihull branch in January 2026 and Adrian was excellent in making recommendations and helping us choose a sofa for our home. We were then supported through a wait period whilst we prepared to move house. Roll on July 2026 and we finally moved into our new property and received excellent service from our delivery drivers Janson & Andy who kindly installed the legs on our sofa and were in and out within 10 mins. Faultless service, friendly staff, incredible quality and very happy!

Adrian was amazing from start to finish, he was very fast to help and was extremely insightful about the different things we talked about. In my hour of need he was the best employee that I could have wished for. Cannot recommend him enough!!

Very good service from Adrian Ford at Solihull. Nothing too much trouble and made sure the sofas we purchased were delivered within two days!

Excellent customer service from Mezzan at Furniture Village. I'd only seen my sofa online, so went to the Solihull store to have a look at it in person. The Elphaba was only available to view and test in velvet, I wanted to see the colour aegaen blue leather on the Elphaba sofa in the flesh, but I was reassured by Mezzan as I already has samples delivered to my home previously. Nice polite and friendly service without being pushy. Everything was explained clearly about finance and warranty. Looking forward to my new sofa!
