Outstanding service from Joe, an absolute credit to the dealership!

I was recently assisted by Joe while looking for a car, and although I ultimately decided that the vehicle I viewed wasn’t quite the right fit for my needs, I genuinely cannot fault the service I received.

From the very beginning, Joe was polite, respectful, professional and incredibly helpful. What really stood out was that he never made me feel pressured into buying something just for the sake of making a sale. Instead, he took the time to properly understand my budget, requirements and what I was actually looking for, and went above and beyond to try and find something that genuinely suited me.

Joe went the extra mile at every opportunity offering advice, exploring different options and doing everything he could to help me find the right car to suit me and my growing family within my price range. Even when I decided not to proceed, his attitude and professionalism never changed.

In an industry where the stereotype of the pushy car salesman still exists, Joe is a perfect example of how a car salesman should actually be, knowledgeable, genuine, approachable, honest and focused on the customer rather than simply making a sale.

I may not have bought a car this time, but if I’m looking again in the future, Joe will be the first person I go back to and I will definitely be recommending Fusion Motors.
