Comfy and Practical
Bought a navy futon with the foldable wooden "bench" under it. Been using it for a couple of weeks now its super useful as a bed when people stay over and as a spare comfy chair when no one is. The cats also love it 🤭

in store service and delivery
We recently purchased Mirage futon bed via Plymouth store and our experience was nothing but delightful. We received excellent customer service from Charlie, who was friendly and helpful, followed by on time and courteous service from the courier. Bed assembly was easy, all parts were present and the bed is really well made. We are very happy with our Mirage bed and we are hoping to purchase more furniture from Futon company in the future

High price low quality
Ordered an outdoor sofa, built it using the version 1 instructions on the version 2 sofa which was not easy.
After about 4 weeks the paint started to peel and the company apologised explaining that their manufacturer had used the wrong paint and a new batch was being sourced. asked me to spend another hour taking it apart so they could collect it and send the replacement.
Replacement arrived still with version 1 instructions. Paint started peeling within a week, even worse than the first.
They couldn’t even calculate the refund accurately.
Save your money and buy higher quality from Temu!

The staff in the shop in York were very helpful. I was able to compare the different woods and covers for the day bed I was interested in. I was also able well to lie on it and try it with the topper. I wouldn’t have bought it online. The shop and its staff were essential to my decision
