Excellent help advice and warm professionalism from Shop staff, in the purchase of 6 sale bargain, well made , comfortable, dining chairs.
Delivery was relatively prompt & notice of time slot updated in a timely manner.
Chairs were sturdily packaged in cardboard & paper , so no damage to chairs in transit.
Finally, they look great ,are comfortable and now much admired .

Futon Company has so many products I love, it was difficult to choose when I was refurbishing my flat earlier this year. I ordered a few pieces and was not disappointed. Affordable (especially as the items on sale were incredibly well priced) as well as beautiful and the console and coffee table were very easy to assemble. Delivered courteously and on time. It's a five star from me - will buy again.

The item was delivered as expected. It was fairly easy to put together, and looks really good in my dining room with a large plant on it.

Lovely piece of furniture ( ladder shelf unit). Ordering was easy and delivery very quick. Item was well packaged and arrived undamaged. Assembly instructions were clear and straightforward and the finished article is sturdy. I would certainly recommend this company

When I bought my stacking shelves the assistant let me leave the parcel at the shop ( I had been going to collect it later but it started raining) .
I later rang to arrange delivery, which I appreciated as I live 16 miles from Norwich.
A friend put my shelves together and I’m very pleased with them.

I ordered a leaning desk from Futon Company, we decided to pay a decent amount for something that was going to last us and would be of good quality. Once put up the drawers of the desk were shoddy - dowels were visible, the bottom of the desk where it joined the sides was cracked, and the whole thing tilted when you leaned on it so it pulled away from the wall and stuff would roll off. So i made a complaint. They sent a new desk componant. Which arrived in a trashed box and with significant chips and damage in the wood. And the tilt is still there. So not only was the initial product poor, but there was so little care in providing a replacement it was also extremely damaged. I really expected more from this company. Plus you have to keep all these massive boxes lying around in case you need to send it back. We have a new born baby and having to deal with all of this is a total nightmare.
