Quality product as always and very good service.

I have ordered x 2 from Futon now (baskets) and collected them from the store. All very convenient and no problems at all. Obviously there is also an opportunity to see other Futon products when in the shop.

Excellent products and service! I purchased a Day Bed and am delighted with it. It seems well made and sturdy and I love the fact that it's made from pure pine. Before placing my order, I spoke with a member of staff at the Ringwood store who was amazing and incredibly helpful. A great shopping experience!

I recently had a garden room built and feel very lucky to have furnished it with furniture from the Futon Company. The highlight is the day bed - comfortable to sit on and delightful to snooze on! The in-store service was excellent. Delivery was smooth. Installation was easy. I had a slight issue with one damaged day bed slat but Futon Company replaced this within days. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

A well designed mini desk. It looks good and is a firm support for a laptop and for writing.

I purchased a dressing table and stall fits perfect in my small space great communication arrived quick easy to assemble!

Bought our sofa bed from Norwich Futon Company. Great service, friendly and helpful. Sofa bed's good too! Solid oak, comfortable and decent price. We needed something that would go up narrow stairs. Futon Co one of very few places where we could actually test out the furniture before buying it.

From walking into your Brighton showroom to receiving my item 3 days later, I had a great experience. I look after 2 little dogs (Chis) on a Thursday and something told me to walk up Preston Street on my way home. Initially thought that the dogs were not allowed in, but was assured that they were welcome and even given a treat each. I then saw the coffee table I now own and bought it. Was kept up to date with delivery, found the table easy to assemble and love it. I think your furniture and service is amazing!

Whilst the 2 seater Futon we bought from you a few years ago is still going strong, it desperately needed a new cover, The standard advertised price seemed rather high, but we saved a bit in your sale and are very happy with the product. Will look out for your products on sale in the future.
