Good quality, stylish piece of furniture
Really pleased with this boot/coat rack. Beautiful wood, stylish, good size to accommodate 4 pairs of boots and several jackets. Easy to assemble.

Perfect Size
Found what we wanted, a clothes and shoe rack storage that was small enough for our hallway. It is perfect. It's oak, lovely colour and ideal size for our space. Delivery was quick and I was informed all the way from ordering to delivery.

Broken zip & late delivery
Bought Bedroom Storage - Canvas Underbed Suitcase LARGE (100x50x18cm), firstly it took over 2 weeks to be delivered, and then the zip on one of them has broken and so now no longer works

Top notch quality furniture made from such sustainable sources and really practical yet stylish designs! Delivery caam reasonably quickly and was a breeze to assemble with just standard hand tools (pliers and a screwdriver).

Discovered their store in Leeds. Really helpful staff who suggested items that would suit my needs. Went straight home and ordered 2 bedside tables & various storage units. Good delivery communication. Items arrived well packaged. Really pleased with all the items I ordered. In all it was a very positive experience and I would purchase from them again.

The ordering and delivery were fine
The ordering and delivery were all fine. What caused a little distress was the description on the email which stated the cover I order was for a bi-fold not a single fold. It wasn't until the product arrived that my fears were settled.

Part nostalgia
It was part nostalgia. I loved the Futon company but thought it had left the high street. So pleased to see new shop opened. And my goodness the choice is amazing. I could buy everything but alas I haven’t got the room. I will definitely be buying my next bed there. I bought a lovely throw and jewellery box. I am so pleased with them.
