The holes are poorly drilled, the corner fixings are completely impossible to manoeuvre to fit and the tool supplied is basically useless. Really disappointing experience, but it will probably be functional once we’re done.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff who are able to advise thoroughly on what you require. Prompt delivery inside the expected date. Delivery driver and assistant obliging and careful in handling goods etc.

Bristol shop refused to sell me an item in the store even though they were expecting more. They then charged me delivery for it when I should have been able to take this away then for nothing. When it eventually arrived the ornament was improperly finished and shouldn’t have passed inspection. Very poor all round.

Impressive customer service; in store and online. Bought a kingsize mattress, then requested a replacement to a double. Adam from the solihull branch fulfilled my request and got me a refund on the price difference and free delivery !

I have no problem with Futon and the desk I purchased. My problem was with the courier used by Futon. I was expecting the delivery on the Wednesday but when nothing turned up I rang the company and left a message. So rang Futon who said it would not be delivered until the Monday. It then turned up on the Friday . I live on the fourth floor retirement property. They rang to say they had arrived but after them not delivering to me I went to investigate. It had been left on the ground floor. How was I an 84 yr old supposed to get a heavy oak desk up to the 4th floor.
Fortunately a workman in the building brought it to my flat for me.

Kept me informed of the progress of my order and received it within a short time frame and well packaged
