Great store
David at the Barnstaple store was really helpful, he talked us through all the options available with the sofa we wanted and compared it with other sofas available. Really easy to put our deposit down and pay later once delivered. Can't wait to get into our new house with our new sofa! Thanks David!

Just been to FW Home store on Hatfield…
Just been to FW Home store on Hatfield Road Cardiff to purchase a new dinning table.
They have wonderful furniture there. We met the salesman Dan, a really lovely helpful person, who helped with us making the right choice when we purchased our dinning table, very informative with lots of good information that helped us.
Would highly recommend taking a trip there if you require new furniture for your home.

Visited the store in Caerphilly…
Visited the store in Caerphilly yesterday and was approached quite quickly by Tom who was very helpful but not pushy, he left us alone to view the extremely large stock before coming back to explain certain details about the products on offer. All in all a very pleasant experience. Placed an order hopefully it will prove just as pleasant experience when the goods arrive.

Great customer service from Martin!
Visited Barnstaple store today looking for a mattress and Martin showed us a couple of options that matched exactly what we wanted. And there is an extra 20% off sale items too, which was an unexpected bonus! Mattress (super king) was half the price of one we'd viewed at a well-known bed company, including delivery and taking old mattress away. Will be back - have a dining table in mind next...!
