Excellent customer service
Tim greeted us by the entrance & explained how the pricing worked in a friendly manner without appearing pushy. He offered us a hot drink & biscuit which was really appreciated after a long afternoon shopping. He lent us a tape measure & was around to call on to answer our questions. We bought 2 chairs & the purchase & delivery information was efficient. Really enjoyed singing along to the 80’s tunes playing! Excellent customer service. Thoroughly enjoyable visit!

Alex in the Barnstaple store was the perfect salesman
Alex in the Barnstaple store was extremely helpful but did not hassle me to buy. He answered all my questions. He made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day. When I returned the following day, he remembered me and I ordered the suite I wanted and he dealt with the paperwork quickly and efficiently.

Thanks to Alex/ Barnstaple store
The store is a lovely store with a great deal to choose from.
We had a job making our mind up which item to choose as priority, to benefit from the extra discounts. We bought a bed that also included the mattress and the headboard. Having looked at the price of headboards, separately, beforehand, recently, to buy complete set, from FW homestores, was a no brainer, as so much cheaper so we also bought a new headboard for the second bedroom, as well.
The staff are always so helpful, there and very genuine, too.
We will definitely be back, as there is so much we want. Thank you to Alex, for his help, today

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. We bought from the Cardiff store. We have been 14 months without a useable sofa, one full replacement, some repairs and lots of time wasting ordering wrong parts, waiting for technicians to come out and repeat. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone or buy anything else from them. I've now sent a report to Trading Standards.

We’re very sorry to hear how unhappy you are with the service you have received.
We understand this has gone on far longer than it should have. A technician attended to assess the issue with your sofa, and replacement parts were then ordered. Unfortunately, it appears that the incorrect parts were supplied or requested, which has caused further delays and frustration.
We completely appreciate how disappointing this has been, especially after already having a replacement and repair visits.

Mattress Hunters
We've been on the hunt for a new mattress but having never bought one before, it was really confusing. Alex at the Barnstaple store was really helpful! We'd been around a few stores but found a bed within like 3 butt checks and it was SUCH A GOOD DEAL. Like crazy good deal that we actually just bought it.

Please avoid. I ordered my TV unit on 1st January and it's only just turned up . The delivery date changed about 5 times. Customer service didn't have a clue where it was and didn't seem to care. When it turned up it was damaged so I sent them pictures and videos but they say it's not damaged and are refusing to do anything about it. Dispute is ongoing. Very poor company.

We’re very sorry for the delay to your TV unit and for the frustration caused by the delivery date changing several times. We understand how disappointing this must have been after waiting since January.
We’re also sorry to hear that you feel the item has arrived damaged. Our team has reviewed the photos and videos provided, and from what we can see, we are unable to clearly identify damage to the unit. That said, we do not want you to feel left with an item you are unhappy with.
Our customer service team will be in touch with you directly to offer an exchange for a replacement TV unit and help resolve this as quickly as possible.
