Brilliant service
We have purchased a few items from the Newport store and have always dealt with Kenny. He is very professional and goes above and beyond with the service he provides. Furniture has always been of great quality and very good value for money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Good choice, good service Barnstaple store
Barnstaple store, excellent customer service from Martin
I had been meaning to call in for ages, I started looking for a new sofa in January but shelved the idea… having seen the latest videos on fb I knew they had a lot of stock at reasonable prices.. so today I had the time and inclination! Was greeted by Martin as I entered, and allowed to wander around.. I found one that interested me but it wasn’t quite right. Martin approached me and I explained my dilemma and he showed me a sofa I had bypassed as I didn’t want a recliner! However he explained it had pocket sprung seat cushions, and an excellent lumbar support.,, and I was sold! Literally! Within 5 minutes it was bought and paid for, taking advantage of the extra 20% off atm! A really good customer experience! This is the second time I have made a large purchase from this store, and I would not hesitate to recommend or return!

On 13/08 I went to Barnstaple FW home stores and spoke to David. He was very helpful, helping us to buy a several new pieces of furniture to help redecorate my bedroom. I was just going for a browse and came out with a wardrobe, bed, mattress and bedside cabinet!! Looking forward to putting this all together!

Great experience at the Newport branch
Great experience at the Newport branch. Had time to look around and was then asked by Tracey if we needed help. Once we found what we was looking for Tracey was really helpful. We had our figures given to us and we went away and continued our purchase later on in the day.

Good Visit
I went to the store to view a 2 seater sofa and the salesman Ryan was very helpful and showed me an alternative which was less deep and also cheaper which I ordered and was able to be discounted
I also ordered a small cabinet which was free delivery, but if I wanted it brought into the house to the place I want it, it's an extra amount of nearly £50. Ryan said he was able to discount it, bless him, but I'd rather struggle than pay extra for something to come over the threshold
Overall, a good experience, good salesman in Ryan, only let down by poor company policies

Had a brilliant experience at the Barnstaple store this afternoon with Martin!! Ive just purchased my first home with my partner and I had my eye on a sofa that no longer displayed in the store, Martin worked quickly to find the sofa we want for a brilliant price and set up delivery and warranty, very friendly and efficient.

Staff were brilliant
Staff were brilliant. Dan was absolutely great and very patient while we looked at colours and fabric choices, even bringing seat and back cushions from another sofa to show us the effect. Ryan helped with showing us the sofa we chose in different colours using AI. Great experience

We placed an order at FW Homestores in…
We placed an order at FW Homestores in Caerphilly, South Wales. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We decided on a "soild oak" dining table and 6 chairs. We were informed that delivery would be 6-8 weeks. 2 weeks later we received a text saying it would be the next day. On the day of delivery the men rang to say they were on their way, and the duly turned up 15 minutes later. They placed all the boxes in our home and left. Upon opening the boxes we discovered the horrendous furniture that had been delivered. We tried to get the store to collect it and issue a refund but the couldn't/wouldn't do that. It took quite a few weeks and the threat of court action for the recovery of our money, which we have now received. I don't think we will be shopping there again!

the range of furniture to choose from the Barnstaple store, the layout of the store and of course Alex. Alex was so patient with us oldies, explaining all questions we asked and did not mind repeating. He was a delight, so refreshing to have someone who can be professional and make you smile. It was a great experience to chose our settee from this store with Alex's help. Instead of being worried and uptight he made it into a relaxing and happy experience.
