From the moment we entered the Barnstaple store there no pressure from sales staff. Just a warm friendly greeting & info regarding the extra discount on items.
When we made our choice Alex was very helpful & answered our questions thoroughly & at no time time did we feel obliged to purchase that day.
We found exactly what we wanted, at a good price & again Alex explained things regarding insurance & delivery. We will definitely visit here again & would recommend this store to anyone.

Fantastic customer service from Cardiff
Fantastic experience with Dan from the Cardiff store. I’d been recommended FW by the seller of my new home as they had bought a beautiful table and bench from here, so I wanted to get something similar. Dan was amazing and took my order over the phone and arranged the delivery for me. Thank you so much!

Brilliant service
We have purchased a few items from the Newport store and have always dealt with Kenny. He is very professional and goes above and beyond with the service he provides. Furniture has always been of great quality and very good value for money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Good choice, good service Barnstaple store
Barnstaple store, excellent customer service from Martin
I had been meaning to call in for ages, I started looking for a new sofa in January but shelved the idea… having seen the latest videos on fb I knew they had a lot of stock at reasonable prices.. so today I had the time and inclination! Was greeted by Martin as I entered, and allowed to wander around.. I found one that interested me but it wasn’t quite right. Martin approached me and I explained my dilemma and he showed me a sofa I had bypassed as I didn’t want a recliner! However he explained it had pocket sprung seat cushions, and an excellent lumbar support.,, and I was sold! Literally! Within 5 minutes it was bought and paid for, taking advantage of the extra 20% off atm! A really good customer experience! This is the second time I have made a large purchase from this store, and I would not hesitate to recommend or return!

On 13/08 I went to Barnstaple FW home stores and spoke to David. He was very helpful, helping us to buy a several new pieces of furniture to help redecorate my bedroom. I was just going for a browse and came out with a wardrobe, bed, mattress and bedside cabinet!! Looking forward to putting this all together!

James and Kenny in the Newport store were terrific today. I came in just to have a look around and ended up finding a great deal. Of course I needed the partner and the team were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble from moving a tone of furniture around to see what worked. We were blown away with the customer service and their accommodating behaviour.

Great experience at the Newport branch
Great experience at the Newport branch. Had time to look around and was then asked by Tracey if we needed help. Once we found what we was looking for Tracey was really helpful. We had our figures given to us and we went away and continued our purchase later on in the day.
