No parts on vehicle when told they carry them then told lead time for order 3-4 days then price was extortionate over £300 for labour! Parts would have been about £50 tops

Our technicians carry a range of commonly required parts on their vehicles, but unfortunately it isn’t possible to carry every component for every make and model of garage door. Where a specific part is required, this may need to be ordered, and we apologise if this was not made clear when your appointment was arranged.
We also appreciate your concerns regarding the labour cost. Our quotations reflect the complete repair being carried out professionally, including the technician’s time, expertise and any applicable parts and labour guarantee, rather than simply the retail cost of the components themselves.

Scam company
Scam company, using pressurised sales tactics as they are already in your home. Engineer came out, was there for seconds and said we needed a new control panel, didn't inspect anything other than pressing the button on the remote.The office called us with a quote, £1200 they wanted, the reduced this down to £1000 as the engineer was already on site, highly pressured to go ahead with it. Rejected the repair and was forced to pay the £19.95. You can buy a whole new system for £400. Avoid, it looks like they prey on the vulnerable.

These are serious allegations and are simply not an accurate or fair representation of our business, particularly where no evidence has been provided to support them.
Our technicians attend to assess the fault and report their findings, with pricing then provided separately. Any quotation is advised before work is carried out, and there is never any obligation to proceed. Customers are completely free to decline the quotation, seek a second opinion and shop around if they wish.
The £19.95 charge covers the technician’s attendance and assessment and is payable whether or not a subsequent quotation is accepted.
We are also concerned to hear that you felt pressured to proceed. That is not how we expect customers to be treated, and we would encourage you to contact our Customer Service team with your job details so that we can review the call and circumstances surrounding the quotation.
We welcome genuine criticism and feedback about our service, but we would respectfully ask that comments and allegations made about our company remain factual and proportionate.

Overpriced, promise a fix now cant open garage door from inside although previously could and we were not told this would be the case.

You quoted over £600 to supply and fit two spring clusters on a Garador electric garage door.
The local Garador engineer supplied and fitted two clusters for £178.80. Took him 15 minutes.
I really can’t understand your price structure.
