Plants appear well rooted and relatively healthy.
Not packaged very well plants rolling around in a performed carton.
Selection of plants a little dissapointing of the 5 ordered 2 plants identical and a 3rd almost identical to these 2 with only 5 ordered and the large selection of plants pictured on the website I thought it possible to select a complete different mix of plants and no duplicates on such a small order.

Ordered a dog bed. Was the best price and free delivery. Great communications and delivered very quickly. Couldn’t fault the service or the product and would use again.

Wilkson Sword Lawn rake ordered. Broke on first use. The item clearly isn't fit for purpose. Having confirmed back to me the item is unusable she then offered a 10% discount keep it - really!

Offered a full refund but now I have to dispose of it...

I’m very pleased with my gravity chair. The order was processed quickly and delivery was fast, which I appreciated. The chair itself seems good quality and is now looking fine.

The only minor issue was the plastic packaging, which was a little flimsy, and there was a small mark on the chair that I needed to sponge off. Once cleaned, the chair looked as expected.

Overall, a smooth purchase and a great chair, which I have yet to try outside — hence my 4 ‑star rating.

I found exactly the type of birdbath I was looking for and it was delivered to my door in a couple of days. Great price and fast delivery. Would recommend this seller.

They were advertising the small garden table I bought at the cheapest price compared to the exact same product in other shops online, delivery was quick & very well packed, so I'm very pleased to have found Gardencentre and will use it again.

I purchased a water bottle on 7 September, and the delivery date was set for 9 September.

On their website, I was advised that the item had been dispatched by BRANDVINE LTD (DS). I was then given a tracking code and told that my parcel was being delivered by Amazon.

I went to Amazon and entered the tracking code, only to see: “Your order from Nivtar Distribution Ltd will be delivered on 9 September”

On the date I paid for the item, I checked the Amazon tracking page and saw the message “Label Created.”

Now, two days later, on the date the item was supposed to be delivered, the tracking information still says “Label Created”—and nothing else.

Honestly, they are a joke! How can an item supposedly be dispatched and due for delivery when the tracking still shows that only a label has been created? Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve only just discovered this company while looking for a new patio umbrella. The price was right and the product had good reviews so I bought it. The process was easy and I got a quick message that delivery info would follow shortly. All went well and I was kept informed of the delivery process. On the day of delivery the driver arrived exactly on time, was very polite and friendly, unlike some other company’s I’ve used. The product came with out excessive packaging, which I like. I installed it with ease. It looks to be of. Dry good quality and seems very durable as well as looking good.
I’m very satisfied and will definitely use this site again for future purchases. Highly recommended.
