Very quick delivery

Used Gardencentre before. Keep you informed and quality products

Delivery confirmed for 25th Aug, but failed to deliver. I rang & was informed carrier would ring within 24hrs to confirm delivery date, nothing happened. Had email to say order on it's way. Waited 48 hours, nothing, so rang again, I was informed that delivery would be Tues 1st Sept.
Carrier then rang to say I could arrange for the next day, shambolic!!!!

They don’t manufacture the product so I’m not scoring that. Price was good, communication was fine and delivery was quick and on time so all really good.

Lovely wisteria flower trellis, which looks very pretty on my wall trellis and matches the two others I already had. Very quick delivery and no delivery charges. I can definitely recommend.

Plant arrived ok poor condition with lots of dead branches. For what we paid expected a lot better quality.
Unfortunately will never use again.
Better off going to b&q for half the price and can see before you buy.

Service from Garden Centre was very good, prompt delivery and good communication. It is a shame the product was rather disappointing. The design was very good however the quality of the materials and construction left a lot to be desired, it needed some remedial work before the herb trug could be given as a gift as intended. One of the side rails had split badly so that needed repair before assembly. As with others comments pilot holes should be drilled to stop splitting of the wood as you screw it together. I also took the opportunity before assembly to give the whole thing a couple of coats of good quality wood preserver. This having been done the result is quite pleasing, hopefully it will produce good crops for a number of years to come.

Very pleased with my OUTSUNNY 2 seater sofa.as an elderly lady I assembled it myself.

Unfortunately the BBQ turned up damaged.

Poor quality wood, panels bents batons with huge knots so are not straight so wouldn't line up. Poor quality screws.
Pieces were not labelled which instructions said they were.
Overall very Poor will NOT being buying from here again.

Posted return, it was delivered on the 22July. Site states up to five working days for a refund had to enquire on 31 July where my refund was, received refund on 5 Aug. Had to fill in two return forms, one with the package then on the 4 Aug received an email asking for another return form plus proof of postage (fulfilled request by email) . Not impressed wont be buying from again.

The item I received was not the colour I ordered and I found it difficult to navigate through the website to report this and have it sorted
