Quite dissatisfied. Sealed packet of seeds actually contained no seeds. Empty..,
Tried to contact customer services using the contact form.
They requested a photo of the product but every time I tried to upload an image it stated I had to use an image of 6 mb. Well, my pictures were exactly 6 mb and I tried different sizes but it would not allow. Therefore I could not submit the form. Very frustrating.

A new company for me I was delighted to find a very good item well priced good quality well known brand. Very good service although arriving just outside the delivery window I chose to consider this a courier delay as the item was despatched promptly.

I brought a product which stated it would arrive by the Wednesday, I thought I could take it away with us perfect! we are now Thursday and still have not received my purchase. I phoned customer service on the Tuesday late afternoon and they told me to wait until the Wednesday to see if it had arrived, now I’m no genius but even I know it wouldn’t arrive as it was still in Germany! I have given up!

Good quality, appearing well made. Smooth finish no splinters.

acknowledgement, notification of order prep and dispatch, arrived as advised within the time slot, well package as per the manufacturer, all parts present, assembly straightforward, well made product at a very good price. Good online seller based on my experience, would use again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Never again will I purchase anything from this company again! The cover arrived opened with a stain over 3 weeks ago. I reported it immediately but all Ive received are emails asking me to remain patient whilst they discuss the issue with their supplier. I’ve had to purchase a cover elsewhere and now they tell me a refund won’t be issued and they’ll send another cover. I’m literally having to beg for my money back!!!!!

I’ve written the same review on their website, but apparently “it’s been moderated and cannot be published”!!!

Seems like they only want the positive feedback on their website.

So 4 weeks in, the item has been returned, and this morning they’ve sent me another email to tell me they are collecting the item that’s been returned already!!! 😂

Ordered product which was supposed to have arrived a few days ago. Found out it was only dispatched today from a totally different company. Obviously a drop shipped item though the website pretended the item was in stock. Emailed to ask when it was going to be delivered, no response. Wrote a review for the product on their website and it was almost immediately ‘moderated’ and not published. All seems a bit dodgy to me!

Good communication quick delivery well packaged plants good quality value for money can recommend.

Can't leave a review just yet, as I have not yet received my purchase.
The couriers tracking app is intermittent, they tell lies regarding attempted delivery .
You took a long time to despatch, and you've changed me full price when I purchased under offer "2 for £50.
Therfore it's not looking good for you so far.

I ordered a solar water feature for my garden and it is beautiful. The price was great and the delivery was fast. Website easy to use and would highly recommend.

I would like to say the garden centre on line gardeners dream are by far the best on line company one could ever use there plants are always packed with a lot of care. There plants are always very very strong and always arrive in very good condition. So please if you want strong plants packed with a lot of care then only go to gardeners dream. If you want to waste your money then go to one of the others you will be sorry you did not take my advice.
