Love the table and chairs
Love the table and chairs — well hilt and sturdy
Although not as pleased with the parasol it has a string and pin but we can’t reach the holes without climbing and the join in the middle feels cheap and not as luxury as the table and chairs and very easily cross threaded

Excellent product and service
Excellent product and service.
All parts were there and in good condition.
The instruction manuel did not say that to leave room to work on the shed, all round.
Apart from that, it's a great product.

Pleased with my purchase
Fast delivery, product as described. Easy to put together although some of the plastic caps provided to cover bolts/nuts were a bit loose and keep falling off.

Outsunny 5x3 pent roof plastic shed
Outsunny 5x3 pent roof plastic shed, This item has the worst set of instructions of any item i have ever had to build, it says 2 people 5 hours to build, we took 5 days and its still not built, lost count of the amount of times we had to rebuild it because the instructions were so unclear. We finally got most of the sides done only to find that the part that goes across the top of the front (AW3-5) was double bowed, it was bowed across the length which could be manipulated into place but was also bowed along the sides meaning if you put the left side in then the right one would sit up around 20mm and vice versa making it impossible to attach the roof. i realise i could ask for a replacement but to be honest it has been so stressfull i am not sure i want to continue with it and put myself through more stress, may just take the loss as its very small and very flimsy and not worth the money i paid, seemed like a bargain at £180 but not even worth £80. Think i may pay to have a wooden one built. I should add its the item that is poor quality not Garden Chic, this item is available on many sites and i would not recommend you buy one from any of them. In fact i would be very wary of any Outsunny product in the future.

Dear Brian,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed and honest feedback. We are genuinely so sorry to hear about the immense stress and frustration you have experienced while trying to assemble this Outsunny shed.
Building a garden structure should certainly not take five days, and it is completely understandable that you have lost patience, especially when faced with unclear instructions and a defective, double-bowed component (part AW3-5).
We truly appreciate your fairness in noting that the poor quality of the materials and the manual are reflective of the Outsunny brand, rather than the service provided by Garden Chic. As a retailer, we expect our manufacturing partners to provide precise instructions and high-quality components, and it is highly disappointing that Outsunny has fallen so far short of those standards here. Please be assured that we will be passing your exact feedback directly to their product quality team.
Although you mentioned that you might simply take the loss and move on, we absolutely do not want you to be left out of pocket or stuck with a defective item that cannot be safely completed.
We would very much like to work with you to resolve this. Please reach out to our team at info@gudrum.com or on 01636 653016 with your order number. We are here to support you.
Kind regards,
The Garden Chic Team

The furniture was delivered and is…
The furniture was delivered and is amazing but delivery of furniture left on drive . I inquired if I needed to be there and was informed it would be bought into garden which it wasn’t . We ordered the umbrella also this again was damaged by delivery company and nothing was done for both occasions . Furniture is awesome and well built . I’d give that 5***** all day long. Delivery not so much they just drop it and go and it’s pretty heavy . Wife was unable to do anything till I returned home 5 hours later

Thought quality could have been better for price
Delivery was decent although no tracking until I discovered who was actually doing the delivery, did have a couple of slight dings to a couple of parts but was able to sort myself. Quality of frame itself was reasonable however do have an ill fitting panel which I'll just use silicon to remedy. The window and door hinges and locks, handles are of very poor quality so will likely replace with something more substantial. Overall had been hopeful of a slightly better quality greenhouse for the price...

Great product and great service!
Delivery was great - very prompt and carefully done. I was able to pick a delivery date which made things so much easier for me. The pergola itself is lovely - good quality and fits really well in our garden. Our garden is fairly small but it will give us that much needed bit of privacy! Looking forward to customising and decorating it ourselves now.

Good price, prompt delivery
Good price, prompt delivery. The shed took hours to assemble with 2 of us working on it - like giant Meccano. But now it's up it's doing its job of storing stuff... though with the all-metal construction it could double up as a sauna on a hot day.
