Mandeep is a truly sensitive masseuse. After his work on my cramped traps I was able to sleep for the first time in 2 nights and woke up pain free. The booking process is totally smooth, but it's so automatic the absence of human communication about something as personal as this feels a bit weird. But definitely not a deal breaker if their people are as good as Mandeep.

Ordered a lymphatic massage for my wife which she had been wanting for a long time. Therapist contacted me via messages and was pushy about moving dates and times then messed it up and moved again. When she arrived asked my wife what she was expecting and said “we will not be doing that”. Proceeded to slightly rub her neck and shoulders with nothing else. Anyone that has had one of these done or looked it up even knows that is not what you paid for. Lady left and my wife felt it was all a waste of time and dealt with an attitude. Myself included but I reached out to ask and they did “look into it” but came back with they talked to the therapist and she said she did everything. Word of mouth he said she said and wrote me off really. I actually hate complaining about anything or doing this but $185 is a good bit of money and left with an attitude and slight neck/shoulder rub along with a company not backing a customer is pretty crappy.
Guess units count they made $185 once and lost a customer for life. Way of the world I guess but overall the whole thing was trash

Tiffany was great working with my father who has dementia. She really seemed to make him feel comfortable and relaxed. First time we have tried a geriatrics massage and will probably do it on a regular basis for him.
Booking with BLY was a nightmare. Was charged a surcharge when confirmed, but there was no indication on anything that the secondary date that I picked had a surcharge. I picked a date without a lightning bolt on it and then accepted the price of the normal massage. When messaging with BLY, they told me it was weekend surcharge and that I was at fault until I provided screenshots. Once that happened, another customer service took over and responded that I would receive a refund once massage was completed.
I am waiting for my $20 refund of the surcharge.
If it wasn’t for Tiffany, I would probably never use BLY again because of the debacle.

Attended with an hour of ordering for a last minute massage. Kind and friendly customer service. Massage was just what I needed

Was looking for a hair and makeup provider and happily paid the full fee only to get a confirmed provider which from reviewing their portfolio was certainly not to the expected standard! If I shared their photos on here you would laugh. Obviously cancelled within 10 minutes of seeing who I had been allocated and now have the privilege of paying £14 cancellation fee for my efforts. Maybe better for massages etc but certainly NOT hair and makeup based on the draw you pay your money towards in the hope a provider who accepts is quality.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited for two full days trying to get a booking confirmed and received no response whatsoever. After all that time chasing them, they finally "confirmed" an appointment for a day that didn't even work for me — completely ignoring my availability. To make matters worse, they still charged me despite never properly confirming the booking in the first place. No communication, no accountability, and money taken without a valid confirmed appointment. Would not recommend to anyone. Avoid.
