I don't care what anyone says
I don't care what anyone says. Bradley and his team treated me really well. I was sceptical, of course, having to send the phone off - you feel like you have lost control as soon as you post it...but WOW! They kept me well informed of how the whole transaction was progressing at every step - even prompting me when the Royal Mail were later than expected delivering my phone to them. These guys are great, you should use them!

Was provided with a free tracked delivery label to send my phone and within a few days received an email to confirm my funds were on their way and the funds arrived in my accound a couple of days later. Exactly what was promised for my model phone, in good condition. Would definitely recommend to others (already have to my husband!).
