The roses were very pretty

The roses were very pretty. The only thing is that I wish a signature had not been required to pick up my roses, because I wasn’t at home when they were delivered two days in a row, and by the time I got them, most of them had died a little bit.

FedEx attempted delivery twice but the location was closed with no one available to sign, causing a delay. Please note that you receive a confirmation email stating that all of our deliveries require a signature and we recommend scheduling your delivery 2–3 days before your occasion to allow blooms to open and account for courier delays.

Future order must be better

Most of the carnations were beautiful. We had about 30 of them that where not good enough for us to use, they were like 1/5 of the size of most of them. It was supposed to be a mixed order but 75% were yellow or yellowish. Only received like 25 red and 25 pink. I can send a pic if you like!

Inconsistent quality

I ordered 500 carnations - in one of my packs of 25, all of the flowers were browning and wilty already when they arrived. In another package, I had about 10-15 with heads broken off. I reached out to customer service, and did get a refund for those. However, we then had three color packages that the flowers haven't opened at all (it's been a week), and the sizes were really inconsistent - some are nice and big and others are more the size of mini carnations (which was really disappointing).

The flowers have usually been great

The flowers have usually been great, but this time around they died within a week, usually these from Global Rose have lasted for 3-4 weeks with careful maintenance of the water and feed.

Amazing color!

Arrived on Valentines Day , placed ordered weeks ahead though! Exceptional color “Orange Crush”, it was an absolute hit! Packaged wholesale style with no water, guessing that’s for weight reason regarding shipping cost. Most roses have opened fully, though have cut a few at the base of the bud and placed in water bowls/ramekins.

The flowers were not in good shape

The flowers were not in good shape. Most of them were dried and and dead. Even after putting them in water the flowers were not very good as the dried petals could not be revived.

Wife recieves MORE than paid for....

My wife actually received a few MORE roses than I paid for. I neither confirmed nor denied I ordered that many hahaha. They were beautiful it took her 3 complete vases to fit all the roses. Over 5 days later they are still like new.

A good 3rd of the roses were black or…

A good 3rd of the roses were black or deteriorating and unfortunately my Wife wasn't impressed with the bouquet. It was deliverwd on time but I didn't get 50 true red roses without some dead black on them.
