Delivery of some bulky items was super quick and received within 48hours.

I was let down badly by another company and I found this company on line and I phoned them to see if they had the item I wanted. They where so helpful right from the beginning. Not only did they have it in stock but could deliver it in time for when we where going away at week end, in fact it arrived the next day
They when above and beyond so I rate them 5plus. I will use again definitely in the future.

I'd purchased a caravan awning and was struggling to erect it. The instructions that came with the awning were not the most comprehensive. I phoned GC and the person I spoke to couldn't do enough to help. He phoned me back so we could use WhatsApp video to enable him to see what I was doing. This, and a subsequent call resulted in success. Not only the two video chats, but he phoned me back later to check that I'd got everything sorted - superb after sales service. Fast delivery too 😀

Visited Glossop and bought awning, front and sides not in stock. Was delivered to my home address 2 working days later. Excellent service in store and super fast delivery on panels. Shop also very good and extremely well stocked. Thank you Glossop Caravans

Would definitely recommend Glossop caravans, we collected our new motorhome on Weds, the handover and demonstration from Will in collections was exceptional clearly explained all features and useful tips a great ambassador for the company,
we also met Katie who explained fully the warranty and after sale procedures and process,

Helpful and quick online advice given regarding what awning would be suitable for our caravan (done via Ebay and Glossop Awnings). Easy to navigate website with no problems purchasing. Product arrived within 1 week of purchase, happy with the quality and would definitely use this company again.

Just bought a caravan from Glossop Caravans and we were very impressed with the whole experience. Sales Executive Mark was very knowledgeable about the caravans and extremely helpful and friendly , without being at all pushy. The delivery of the caravan went smoothly and Steve who delivered the van was also very helpful and friendly. We had a very good experience with Glossop and we will definitely be visiting again in the future when we need a new van.

Our caravan had some unsightly black marks on the bodywork caused by us brushing against another vehicle's wing mirror. We told Glossop Caravans Service Department about this and one of their staff, Mike Pinder, asked us to bring it in at our own convenience so he could have a look at the problem and decide what needed to be done. We brought it in as arranged at 11am on 8th September. Mike came out, had a look and cleared the marks with a special cleaning substance in 20 minutes. All of this was done free of charge.

We travelled 53 miles to go to what we believe to be the best caravan accessory shop in the North! We have been looking for a breathable carpet to go with our motorhome and needed a particular size to fit our air shelter. After visiting all the dealers in Nottinghamshire we returned to Glossop Caravans. The young man in the awning department went our og his way to find a product to meet our requirements. He invited us to have a coffee while he searched the stock cupboard. He found the perfect groundsheet and offered us a discount as the bag was ripped. Excellent service and a great product from Outwell. Thank you!

So I have damp on my back wall. So I phoned elddis direct to ask where I would buy a new panel they told me to phone any approved elddis dealer so I brought my chatsworth from glossop caravans so I phoned them to purchase the new internal panel
only to be told they only supply if
doing the repair or under warranty.
Luckily for me Preston caravans and
motorhomes don't employ the same
tactics. I've brought my last 2 new
caravans from glossop there won't
be a 3rd if thats how you treat
customer's it's a shame really
because I've given you great reviews
in the past

To be fair someone from the service centre called me back today to help from my message a left she was very apologetic about my experience yesterday saying the person I spoke to should never of refused to sell me the panel. If it helps you trace who I spoke to the call was made at 15.27pm yesterday. I still give you 1 star for yesterday but 5 stars for the person I spoke to today

From our initial telephone enquiry ,to PX our motorhome Gary & the team have been nothing but friendly , answering any queries.Elaine & her handover team were equally friendly & professional , keeping us informed of delivery dates etc.& the handover was seamless,a couple of minor issues were addressed & we even stayed overnight.The staff checked on us twice before they went home in the evening.Thanktou to you all.

I was let down by a retailer we had bought an awning from at the beginning of August. When i rang to find out where it was they told me it was out of stock and they couldn’t source it. I then found the same one on Glossop caravans and not only did they match the deal of the original retailer, I received the awning less than 24 hours later. Superb customer service

Just wanted to write a quick review to share with the team at Glossop how incredibly happy we are with our caravan and how grateful we are for the outstanding service we received throughout the buying and collection day process. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and several people came over to check on us the morning after we purchased (as we stayed over). Each person made us feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble! Particular thanks to Claire in the office, Anthony who did our handover and Pete in the service department! The staff leave you to peruse their extensive awning displays but are only too pleased to help with advice and information when asked. Cameron assisted us with our purchase and was very helpful setting up a bundle price. We had an old awning to dispose of and Scott agreed for us to leave it with them. Great service. Thanks!

We bought a motorhome from Glossop we had it a week and had take it back for repairs they had it for a month the motorhome is still not right all I want todo is take it back and get a refund. The sales people in the awning shop not very helpful bought a awning told them we wanted it to be safe for the dogs it was sold incomplete they never said we had to buy extra accessories first time buyers I might say the van is still not right very disappointed with the after sales they take your money but don't give you the service you expect

We ordered our caravan last week by phone said we couldn't come down till the 20th which they were fine about, Claire who we delt with was on the phone keeping us updated with things.
When we arrived, we met Claire who made us feel very welcome she delt with our paper work ,we found Claire to be very helpful funny and down to earth.
Dave who showed us through the caravan and explained everything was great, anything we needed he got for us and it was no trouble for him.
In all the experience was outstanding from all the staff, thank you very much.

We decided to part exchange our caravan and found two similar Coachman’s at Glossop’s. We rang Shaun and was given a part ex price for ours, which we found acceptable. We agreed to bring and leave our van for the motor movers to be transferred, and agreed a date to go back.
The experience for collecting our new van was the total opposite from when we bought our last van. The previous time, the dealer knew we were coming, but the van wasn’t ready, it was rushed and a very poor experience. Diabolical when you’re parting with £30k.
Glossop’s had our van waiting, connected to water, gas and mains. We were left alone to peruse, and ensure that everything worked. Even the fridge was cold. Whilst we were inside, they cleaned the outside so it was gleaming.
We were shown how everything worked. Our Jack Russell was made welcome, given treats and a bowl of water. All in all a great experience.

Great service , returned all calls promptly .
Went above and beyond to get our product when they found they were out of stock . Couldn't ask for better service plus speedy delivery and great prices .

The people at the service have been great at couple of warranty claims come in last Saturday for 4 warranty claim. Got the sort in coulpe of hour for me I had some over problem aswell. They even took the time to sort them out when I was there. Have to say they have looked after us. Thanks
