Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, explaining the various Airbeam awnings. Versos Air Low is superb. Airbeam 3-beam windbreak is so large that we have no need for the 5-beam version. Sturdy, tall and well-made - experts perfect it, perfectionists select it.

Wish I could give no stars
Wish I could give no stars ! What an appalling customer service experience . Looking to buy a brand new Motorhome ,saw one on Autotrader where you could message the dealer and they would be in touch . NOTHING ,this was Saturday 22nd . So today Sunday 23 rd I rang and asked why I didn’t receive a response, the old classic “never received it “ talked over me the whole time . He said give me 10 mins I will call you back ,nearly 2 hours latter NOTHING ! So I made my 3rd contact ,told the young lady that answered the phone who I wanted to speak to and she took my name .She put me trough after just two ring it went dead ! So I made my 4 th contact ,was put through ,it was sold yesterday ! So I asked why didn’t you call me ,I would have considered an alternative, another classic , “ oh I did no answer “ untrue …. In all day both phones are on answer … clearly not bother with customer service or making a sale !
Be warned,go elsewhere….
