Buses of GOGO were very good and thought price was affordable. Service was rendered on time and driver Becky was very good at navigating the us through traffic. Everyone on board enjoyed our charter experience

We contracted with them to have 2 buses from Cincinnati to Dayton for our volleyball game. Paid the invoice and received confirmation. The next day they contacted us and said they had to get buses from Louisville and it would cost us an additional $1800!!! The parents and students had already been advised of the cost based on our contract with GoGoCharters. We could not afford the additional cost and ended up cancelling. This put us in a very bad situation and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend using this company.

I’ve had the worst experience with this company first off there very over priced and I booked a job with them and they assured me that they had a driver and the trip covered and the morning of the trip they call me and said the driver is running late. Okay I understand that this happens sometimes then I called to ask what time will the driver be arriving the manager hung up in my face and canceled my trip this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Rented bus with a microphone for guided tour with a narrator. Bus late, no microphone. Took 25 minutes to get someone to take my call and get a promise that the driver would call me - he never did.
