Went into Gold Bank to sell an antique diamond ring ! Knew roughly what it was worth due to researching it .Young man ( supposedly Diamond expert) wasn't sure of much !! Asked me what carat it was 1.7 weighed it and offered £119 for the 18 carat gold and £150 ( joke ) for the Diamond 💎 he said he could easily buy one for that ? obviously we said worth more than that ? So he said go elsewhere then. Walked up the road to another jeweller/ pawnbrokers and got £1000 within 10 minutes ,they said it will resell as an Antique ring .So I guess moral of the story is don't expect a Diamond expert in Gold Bank as they don't have one !!!

I wanted to sell some unwanted gold jewelry. I went to both H&T and Cash Monkey but their gold buying rates were uncompetitive compared to Gold Bank.
I dealt with Tammy in their Nottingham branch who made the process very easy and the money was in our bank account immediately. Would definitely recommend them.

My first visit was a very positive experience. Numerous rings, bracelets, chains etc to sell. Shannon was brilliant - she was patient (there was a lot of stuff!), helpful and knowledgeable. It took her a while to sort through everything, but she gave me an amazing valuation - and the funds were in my bank account within minutes. Thanks, guys, I would definitely recommend you to others.

Visited a couple of weeks ago with various bits of gold, mainly scrap. Very pleasantly surprised with the price received which was more than we expected. Altogether a very pleasant experience. Thank you

Was blown away by the amount We receive on our 1st visit. Got same lady on a later return visit and again got well over what I imagined. Store is bright and welcoming with very nice friendly professional staff. Brilliant place. Absolutely recommend you try it.

after hearing the advert on the radio i decided to head to the gold bank in Victoria centre. i was looking to sell a piece of gold jewellery my nan had passed down which had been sitting in the drawer. i arrived and didn't get the warmest of welcomes after a 5 second inspection the girl offered me £110. i was expecting a little more due to the weight and decided to leave it. i headed to Mallard Jewelers and Pawnbrokers in town and got offered £160!!! 50 pound difference. something cant be right ?????? very surprised at the good reviews but I'm guessing most people aren't shopping around and taking the first offer. thankfully i didnt don't be conned and go somewhere else

Great experience of selling old jewellery items with Gold Bank Nottingham today - saw the advert on Notts TV and it was just like the advert!! Thought my things might be worth £40 but came away with over £400 cash!! Shannon was very helpful and it really doesn't matter what you take in - they will test things for you. Fair exchange rate for items you don't or won't wear again. Very, very happy indeed - thank you and absolutely recommend you. 💕
