GO Outdoors - Belfast Avis 

I going on a walking holiday in July and looking for a rucksack. Judith was amazing at providing a couple of options based the information I gave her and her knowledge of the different backpacks. She fitted me with a rucksack and adjusted it properly. I am confident with my purchase due to Judith’s expertise. Thank you.

Great, friendly service from the team in the Belfast store!

Great store for outdoor wear, everything this set out in different departments within the store. We just popped in to buy a light summer rain jacket and ended up getting T shirts and a new sleeping bag on top.
We were served by a lovely pleasant sales assistant Sara Louise.
Parking is on site which makes life easy.

I don’t often write reviews for retail shops but my experience with Carly at the tills was brilliant. She was so patient when helping me find my ancient account. She also helped me get a good deal on the fleeces I was buying. Thanks Carly, you made our shopping experience a pleasure.

We where looking for some new camping furniture and with the help of Dagmara a wonderful employee we managed to get what we needed and the discounts in store made it a enjoyable experience 😀

GO Outdoors used to be my go-to retailer for camping and hiking gear, but recent changes to their website have made it impossible to order from Northern Ireland. Despite having a store in Belfast, the website no longer offers delivery to Northern Ireland, and the Belfast store doesn’t even appear as an option for Click & Collect.

As a result, customers in Northern Ireland are effectively excluded from taking advantage of GO Outdoors’ excellent offers and discounts, forcing us to shop elsewhere and often pay close to full price for the same products. It’s a very disappointing change for what was once my first choice for outdoor equipment.

Very polite. I was served by Carly and she helped me with my bagging and was willing to wait at payment for me to sort the klarna payment out. Very bubbly and great customer service. Toilets were nice and clean too which is always nice to see. Carly also renewed my membership nice and easy and was helpful.

The Staff were so helpful & knowledgeable. Sarah-Louise at the tills is a legend, didn't know about the £5 member/loyalty scheme until she mentioned it, saved me a few ££. Best about it is you don't even need a card, just give your postcode, great if you have forgotten or lost your card, just give your postcode & you will still get your discount.

We were served by maia who was very helpful and accommodating in helping me gather equipment and apply my discount for Duke of ed equipment she was patient and capable in navigating the websites and finding our discount code when we couldn’t, we had a very good experience.

Love Go outdoors, the range of products is excellent and the staff are very helpful especially Bradley in the Newtownabbey store who was very patient and informative

Found everything we needed and couldn't believe the price of the tent we got. Bradley was a total legend and signed us up for the members card which saved us £70. Very helpful and nice to talk to.
