GO Outdoors - Grimsby (Express) Avis 

Looking for walking boots and Heather? (Branch manager I think) helped enormously with sizing and quality advice in such a friendly way. The Grimsby branch will continue to be my first port of call for all things outdoors 👍

The assistant couldn't have been more helpful, gave some fantastic advice, very knowledgeable on item i was duying,nothing was to much trouble, was extremely personable, friendly.

I called into Go Outdoors a week ago to get some thermals. I was greeted with a smile from Heather. She pointed me in the direction of the clothing I wanted. I chose whet I needed and Heather served me at the till. I always feel that the staff help and guide me to what I need.
Heather and the other staff go well beyond what is required of the and are all an asset to the company

Great service and product knowledge by clerk 001 and courteous will definitely revisit this store again before anywhere else

Went in to shop for walking boots, wasn't sure what to go for after browsing for a while was greeted by lovely lady called Carole who spent time with me and was extremely noligable about different makes of boots,sizes and how to look after them. I've been back to buy walking socks served by carole again and actually remembered me from before,this lady goes above and beyond to make sure you have the right product and fit truly professional in everyway will be returning with gift card, thank you so much for all your help.

Staff were polite, kind, helpful and non judgemental.
They knew thier stuff and were able to advise me on products.
My coat is wind and rain proff so warm and dry. Even on the beech in December.

We went in this store to buy a waterproof coat and a fleece,we were greeted by Faye she was very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful for me to find correct size highly recommend this store and its staff well done

I received a price match from Go Outdoors on line yesterday, I popped into my local Grimsby Go Outdoors Express shop to place my order today, I have got to say the Lady who I think is the manager there is always so pleasant and helpful, she certainly goes out her way to make sure you are aware of any Go Outdoors purchase options that are available, she is a credit to your company, as are the other staff members at this branch. I would certainly recommend using this Express Outlet.

I have just returned from Go Outdoors Grimsby
I purchased a Berghaus Maitland Jacket , I have purchased for there in the past and the service hasn't change , simply excellent! Heather and her staff are always helpful and never pushy they give the best advice when required pricing is always competitive , products are good , when we left the store we said how refreshing it is to go somewhere to shop where people are social and polite and make you feel wanted and valued customers at a time when everywhere else is doing a nose dive. There's a reason their reviews are so good, also the good news is they are expanding their stores to take on more of the company's range like Rab in the near future.

Fantastic service and help by Kath in the Grimsby branch when I was struggling with an issue with walking boots.

I called in for some new walking boots and trousers on a Sunday afternoon having looked at various stores for good quality boots.

I have odd sized feet and wanted a half size boot but after Carole’s excellent advice to upsize I tried a size up and they fitted marvellously.

She also noticed an imperfection on them as I went to pay and said she would find another pair. Both shop assistants also checked my membership status and applied my discount as well as advised that is if I wear them in around the house, and at any point I’m unsatisfied with the fit, I can return them to the shop for a full refund.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I even managed ti find a pair of trousers, which I have until now not been able to.

Shopping is so easy at the go outdoors in Grimsby, the staff are so knowledgeable always ready to help and offer advise and never make you feel rushed at all, you are always greeted with a smile and cheery hello, would hesitate in recommending this store to anyone well worth a visit, really good prices abd if somethings not quiet right the staff sort it out for you, excellent.
